Flash link 4 sn# 002504061140 gets unknown module error.

I tried 2 computers uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software. The flash link 4 worked fine prior to this. The led are lit properly shows connected at the bottom

With EVO Start LTE how do I add more users?

Hello Everone In the info of the EVO Start LTE it mentions you can have multi users and only one owner. On the owner phone we found under settings/shared User Management you have Vehicle name, Authorized name, Authorized Users Email, the start date, the end date and a button that says Permit. We have tried it numerous times and nothing are you supposed to receive an email or do you sign in with your newly created account with the same info setup in Shared User Management on the second phone with the same app and do what? Thanks for the help Guys

Does wire A16 (purple/yellow) need to be tapped into wire A10 (lt. blue/black) 2013 Infiniti G37 sedan/evo-nist1?

The wiring diagram for a 2013 Infiniti G37 sedan, using an EVO-NIST1 shows that the A16 (purple/yellow) wire needs to be tapped into A10 (lt. blue/black) wire. 

Im trying to see if this in necessary because both wires are attached to the same connecter. Furthermore, none of the install videos I have found for this set up and vehicle have mentioned connecting these wires to one another. What will happen if it is not connected?

I live in New Brunswick half the year and I am unable to use the EVO Start APP for my car when here, when I am in Quebec it's not an issue.

I Have an EVO ONE and I am trying to link my Flashlink Mobile, I get the pairing with bluetooth but when it tries to detect the module it cannot? This is my first attempt at using the flashlink mobile as I programmed the EVO ONE years ago with the Flashlink updater

Does? Evostart LTE disable gps when car is off?

Hi does the EVOStart lte disable gps when the vehicle is off? I noticed in the app when the vehicle is running the gps symbol in the app is red meaning active. When I park the car and check the app like 10 minutes later I noticed the GPS symbol is black meaning no signal/off. Is that normal or is it a power saving feature when the vehicle is off and periodically checks gps every so often? Or is it off the entire time the vehicle is turned off?

Does CHRT7 require any splicing or tapping for a 2024 Ram?

Considering buying a CHRT7 or CHRT6 for my 2024 Ramy 1500 Rebel with OEM remote start and keyless entry. I looked at the install guide, but its not quiet clear whether it requires splicing/tapping into any wires. (especially the parking lights, ignition, CAN low and High). Thanks

INT-SL+ not programming on Chrysler

Hi, I purchased a INT-SL+ to install with my Evo-One on my 2003 Chrysler 300m since it needs a compatible bypass. I connected everything and the remote start works but it shuts down almost instantly after starting due to not detecting the transponder. When I program the INT-SL+, it flashed 2 times then turn off (I tried letting it sit for 60 seconds like it says in the guide). It seems like it doesn't bypass the transponder since I can start the car remotely if my key is in the cylinder, even in the off position, as long as the key is there. The bypass unit has power, led turns on when programming and seems to program, but it doesn't work.
