Can’t get extended options to work with Carlin’s and Evo all any ideas?

2018 Ford f150, why no blue flashing light after programming

2018 Ford f150 standard key without keyless entry, evo-on, T-harness FORT2, firmware 4.01, not getting the blue flashing light or red yellow alternating at step 8 of bypass programming procedure, getting the red flashing light 1 flash per second after the last step where ignition turns on and off by itself.

Which remote start for 2007 F150 with EVO-ALL?

I purchased an EVO-ALL to install in a 2007 Ford F-150 thinking that was the only device I needed. Now that I have it and I'm looking at the wiring diagram, I'm pretty sure I also need a separate remote start unit? Is there a device that I can use with the EVO-ALL I just bought, or do I need to give up and use a different EVO device? All I want to do is be able to remote start.

Evo(one) Start LTE on 2000 Ford Mustang convertible not working

I installed the evo start LTE on a 2000 mustang gt convertible following the installation PDF and have not had any luck getting the evo one module to control any functions on the vehicle. It makes it through and the key setup completes successfully the red light on the unit flashes 10 times. I try to get it to start using the OEM key fob by pressing lock three times and nothing( i don't even hear any clicks or see any lights illuminate on the evo one unit). I have installed fortin units before but it was the evo-all on a 2013 nissan maxima. I remember on that install that once i selected lock from the OEM remote three times the Evo ALL unit would click a couple times and There would be a couple of lights that illuminated on the unit and it started the vehicle at that point. On the Mustang install It does not click or display any lights when you try the three lock commands from OEM remote or even any commands from the evo start app. I was not able to find the disarm - wire(Dark Green/Purple) to connect the disarm - wire on the Evo-One. I have access to wiring diagrams of the Mustang from Identifix technician site and the diagram states this wire on 1999 models only. From what i have found researching this that from 2000 models and on the only antitheft device is the PATS transponder around the ignition barrel. I believe that the disarm wire - from the Evo One unit is there just to disarm any factory alarm if the vehicle has one so im not quite sure if this is the root cause of the evo one not starting the vehicle but don't believe it is. One other area of concern is from the evo start app. The app is connected and paired and i get data back from the car such as voltage, temp, etc, but the app shows the doors on car in red and disarm icon shows in red as well. I can select lock or unlock, open trunk from app and from but nothing happens at the vehicle. Same with selecting engine start from the app. Im attaching a screenshot of wiring diagram mentioned stating 1999 models only along with screenshot of the app. I'm at my wits end with this unit and install and getting close to pulling this unit out of the vehicle completely. I made the entire connection of the "Evo all" as a bypass on an Avital 4105L and it doesn't work, I don't know what could be wrong, I did the installation according to the guide.

I selected ford transit 250 and used a token but the correct wiring was not under that vechicle. Seems it maybe under transit, please add a token back to my account so i may get the correct wire list. Thank you, Devin

EVO-ALL WILL NOT PROGRAM WITH THE 2 KEY SET UP

D2D or W2W Fortin EVO All with FORT1 T-Harness and AVITAL 4105L for 2011 F-150

Hi, I purchased the THAR-FORT1 Kit which comes with the EVO ALL and FORT1 T-Harness. I also purchased the FlashLink updater and will set the EVO ALL to D2D. I would like to pair all of this with an Avital 4015L remote starter for my 2011 F-150 (I do not want to use the factory remote start protocol as my truck doesn't have power locks). I would like to only use the D2D cable to connect to the Avital 4015L in order to cut down on wire clutter. I would like to know if the D2D cable is the only cable I need to connect between the these two. I was looking at the wiring diagram for the EVO ALL with the FORT1 T-Harness and on the left side of the remote starter every cable is optional if D2D is used but on the right side there is parking lights which I don't care for so I wont be hooking up and Ignition. Evo All and RF Kit with Aftermarket Power Locks

Hey guys I got another quick question, I purchased the EVO All, THAR-FOR1 T-Harness and RFK442 RF Kit which I will be installing soon for remote start functionality. So my 2011 F-150 did not come with power locks so I wired up a relay with a momentary switch a few days ago which is working well so far (see link for wiring diagram below). https://www.caraudioforumz.com/attachments/car-alarm-mobile-security-85/14792-wiring-diagram-aftermarket-door-locks-trim.jpg My question was, would it be ok to hook up the lock pin A19 and unlock pin A5 on the EVO All (see Fortin wiring diagram below) to pin 85 and 86 which go to the momentary switch (see other wiring diagram). https://fortin.ca/download/94891/EVO-ALL_IG_RTS_BI_FOR-FSERIES-2011-2016_KEY80bits_D_94891.pdf My thought process here was that say for example, I click lock on the RF Kit which would send the command to the EVO All and then the EVO ALL would send voltage to the relay and finally the door will lock? Did I get this right? What's confusing me is why a diode is needed in that orientation, seems like it will be blocking the lock signal? Thank you so much!

Thinking out loud about this 2008 Focus install

I saw a couple of other manufacturers have a T-Harness that works with the 2008 Focus, but not Fortin's.  I also noticed that the FORT1 is compatible with the 2008 Taurus.  So I pulled up the install sheets:

The ignition connectors appear to be the same form factor and the same pinouts, but different wire colors.  Just wondering if someone could perhaps review this and see if this would change the install options at all?  Like using the THAR-FOR1 with the EVO-ONE?  Or possibly being able to use the EVO-FORT1 or FORT4?

I do see that the Focus install has a Disarm wire connection that is not present on the others.  The other guide for reference is here

Remote start needs to be enabled on a 2008 Focus?

Looking into doing an install on a 2008 Focus. I was trying to program new remote but couldn't program from the professionals. They said it is locked. Then tried to flash with flash link4 but it can not be flashed anymore.

Missing wire color/location and diode install

Good day. 2013 Explorer. Install instructions show brown/wht wire from module to parking light relay negative but does not identify wire location on vehicle or wire color for vehicle wiring. Also, for the lock circuit (white/black) shows a 1A diode. Is that built into the module or is this something I must add? (A19). Finally - on the OBDII connector for can low and can high - the wire colors are NOT the same as the diagram or schematic. I did confirm the postions identified in the instructions are correct with respect to can low and can high. Just want to make sure there is no issue with tis discrepancy. Fortin INSET Key Fob and Smart-Key Control Membrane

Can you PLEASE tell me what the Fortin INSET membrane is used for and how it works ? Is this so you do not have to carry your cars smart key, meanwhile the aftermarket remote "triggers" the smart key functions of the vehicle hidden in the dash with the main control module????? AS ALWAYS, THANK YOU.

Ford Mustang car parking lights and interior lights goes on and off continuously

Hi, I have connected the Fortin remote starter like the picture below. https://ibb.co/tc6YLN0 When I try to start my car (3 clicks close door) it starts. After that either I wait timeout (30 minutes) then car stops or I do again 3 clicks and car stops. However, after a while car parking lights and interior lights goes on and off continuously. Besides that issue, If I start my car remotely and start driving and stop, when I remove the key from the ignition, car makes warning sound continuously like I forget the lamps turned on or I forgot the key. 2011 f150, evo all, viper 5706 programming

Hello, In my 2011 f150, using evo all and viper 5706, data portion on evo all doesnt operate the parking lights, door lock/unlock, or horn. The legend shows all these features via can bus, but cant get any to work. The wire diagram shows these are hardwired. Which is correct? Thank you for your time.

Evo All w/ Evo Start no RF kit programming

2018 Ford Edge, Standalone Evo All install, and adding Evo Start. Can not get the Evo Start to program or "mate" to the Evo all. I do have temp, GPS, and bluetooth telemetry to cell via Evo Start but can not get any functions to work via cell app. Programming, I have tried hold program button, plug in black data, release on RED AND BLUE, push till RED AND BLUE, release while constant RED AND BLUE, ignition ON...but do not get the quick flash of RED AND BLUE w/ YELLOW ignition led on. Can you please guide me to what my issue is PLEASE? Remote start via factory lock unlock lock works along with door lock/ unlock like it should. Located in the eastern states. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE ! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FORTIN BRAND AND PRODUCTS.
