2019 Honda Passport Elite Installing EVO-ONE

Hello, Customer has 2019 Honda Passport Elite with OEM remote start thu the OEM remote/keyfob. Honda does not have or support the cellphone App to remote start the car. Customer wants me to install an aftermarket remote start with telematics so they can remote start the car with their cellphone. Is there something I need to do with the OEM remote start module before installing the EVO-ONE? Are there any instruction on how to make the EVO-ONE work with the OEM module or do I just remove the OEM module? Thansk

LINKR-LT2 (VS-4LU) 4G won't work with EVO ONE

I just got a Linkr-LT2. It came with the Linkr-LT1 quick install guide. I followed the steps in the quick install guide but the unit does not work.
The Linkr LT app only shows my car battery voltage and connection signal. The GPS tracking is working fine. The START/STOP/LOCK/UNLOCK
don't work. I searched the internet and found the "mycar installation guide". I followed the steps to learn the Linkr-lt2 to the Evo one. I turned on the "Fortin 2" function on the EVE ONe.  I pressed and held the valet button for 5 seconds but the RED led light on the Evo One did not turn on.

Problem SOLVED. .Linkr LT2 is working fine now...

I found the video on youtube 12voltsolution.  The guy pressed the UNLOCK button on car key several times to neutralize the EVO ONE before he did the following steps.

STEP 6. LEARN THE MYCAR TELEMATICS DEVICE TO THE EVO-ONE
In order to communicate with the remote starter, the telematic system must be learned to the EVO-ONE.
1 - Cycle the ignition to the ON position.
2 - The YELLOW LED on top of the EVO-ONE should come ON.
3 - Press & Hold the EVO-ONE programming Valet button for 5 seconds.
4 - The RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will Flash rapidly.
5 - Release the push button.
6 - Press & Release the push button 5x times. Everytime the push button is pressed the parking lights
& the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink.
7 - Then Press & Release the Brake pedal.
8 - At that same moment the RED LED on the side of the EVO-ONE will blink once to confirm that the
Telematic device ID has been learned to the EVO-ONE.
9 - Cycle the vehicle’s ignition to the OFF position to Exit the EVO-ONE programming.

OEM Remote problems using EVO ONE with T-Harness on 2015 Nissan Frontier SV Automatic with Factory Alarm

I purchased an EVO ONE with a T-Harness for my 2015 Nissan Frontier SV with Automatic Transmission, Factory Alarm and Power Door Locks. I had contacted Fortin by email prior to my purchase to ask what I needed to purchase in order to add Remote Start to my Vehicle in order to still be able to utilize my Factory Alarm with my Factory Keyfob. I had been told to Purchase the EVO ONE with the T-Harness Nissan 2. When I made the purchase, the place I purchased it from said that they programmed it for my application. I installed the EVO ONE yesterday (March 29th) using the T-Harness and making the necessary connections. I was using guide 17743, which had been recommeded to me by Fortin. Upon completing the wiring, I was able to get the Key Bypass programmed with no issues. However, when I tried to start it with the Factory Keyfob, it did not start. So, I sent an email to the place that I purchased it from and explained the situation. In their reply, they are stating that the EVO ONE Unit was programmed correctly, but that my vehicle does not support for OEM Remote 3-times-lock option. They stated that I needed to purchase another remote, of which there are several options, or that I could send everything back for a refund. Is this in fact correct? If my vehicle is in fact supported for OEM Remote 3-times-lock, can you please indicate all fields that should have been progammed, so that I can send it back to them to reprogram. I feel like that they are incorrect, as my original question to Fortin stated that I wanted to use my Factory Keyfobs and retain use of the factory alarm. Thank you!!

Problems With honda???

I have installed almost 1,000 of your evoall interface modules and somthing that i have noticed lately is that i am haveing more and more trouble getting this module to work in the hondas than ever before. I use astro start rss2524 and rss5325 mostly and the issues that i have been having started after 73.17 on some cars and most of the time the last stable firmware that i can use is 73.16. this is a problem because a lot of the newer cars need the newer firmware to support them. i am using the D2D protocol for communications. which never had a problem with tach through data before 73.17 but now it will over crank by about 3 seconds and the tach setting is right. i have also used auto tach and have the same issue. but if i flash 73.17 or earlier there is no problem with the crank time and the starter crank time is perfect. the other issue i am having is the door locks. no matter how many times i hit unlock only the drivers door unlocks through data. i have also tried to use double pulse unlock on both the main control unit and the evoall with the same result, never unlocking the passengers doors. if i hook up analog unlock from the astro start to the module the purple/white then i can get the other doors to unlock. the other major issue is that with the newer hondas and i have tried several, when the car is remote started the doors dont lock and unlock and the factroy keyless doesnt work, as soon as the car shuts off the door locks work again with the astro start. i have had to do a lot of these cars with a competitor module (I data ads-al-ca) on the same wires as your install and everything works great. also i never get a hood status output on every car that says it will give a status and i know it has a factory hood pin because if i use the competitor module i get the hood pin status. If i use your evoall on a ford everything works fine and there are no issues with door locks or tach signal. please fix this issue in the D2D protocol and honda firmwares so i can start using you interfaces again. Thank you!!
