1 of 2 RFK 912 Remote Will Not Pair to Evo-One

The vehicle is a 2017 Mazda CX-9 with EVO One previously installed. I added the RFK912 two way remotes and antenna, but only one remote programs successfully to the antenna. The second remote lights go solid blue-flashing blue five times-solid red briefly with a beep while holding the button. I have confirmed that the antenna LED is flashing blue in learn mode. After programming attempts, the vehicle does not respond to the second remote but the first one works fine. The factory remotes start the vehicle with Lock-Lock-Lock, too. I have already ensured that the EVO-One and antenna are flashed to the latest firmware.

Can you have the smartphone module along with the rf antenna on an EVO ONE?

I've got an RF antenna for the 2 way remote and it works great. However, today I tried installing the smartphone module with my EVO ONE and realized that it needs to be plugged into the Datalink port, the same port that the RF antenna is currently occupying. I tried using one of the harnesses to connect both, but if I have both the SM module and the RF antenna connected, the EVO ONE seems to only accept commands from the RF antenna and not the SM module (even though both of the red and green LEDs are on. Now if I disconnect the RF antenna and only have the SM module connected to the Datalink port with the harness, it works. How would I get both to work?

Also i did turned on unlock/lock before and after remote start and driver side will unlock before remote start but will NOT lock after, also have the lock after foot brake and unlock when ignition is shut off programmed but door locks also doesnt respond to it.
and lastly alarm does NOT trigger,im inside vehicle arms vehicle wait a few sec then i manually unlock door and open but the alarm does NOT trigger, the only time it works is when i press the panic button.
when unlocking the doors with the factory keys i have to hit unlock button twice for all doors to unlock.not sure how that will work with rf kit remote.
also on wirecolor.com i notice theres wires for door pin FL(orange) and door pin FR(blue) on the vehicle, but i don't know which wires will i connect from the evo module to those wires if is needed.
