Add ASCL6 with RFK942

I've installed the EVO ALL with T-Harness (EVO NIST4) and the RFK942 RF kit to my 2016 Infiniti Q50 (3.0T). All works well. I am considering adding the Car Link ASCL6 system to my car. My question is can I use the RFK942 together with the Car Link or will I have to choose between one or the other If I can use both, will I need something added to the existing T-Harness (EVO NIST4) in order to connect them both (such as RFA2A)? Thank you in advance for your help.

infiniti q50

Hello. For 2014 Infiniti Q50 I installed evo-all ... 001A07137445 ... The program was successful (both in the car and in the decryptor too). But when press the factory remote control, the blue light on the module does not light up ... When the ignition is open, the yellow light does not light up either. Then I installed another module and everything was fine. They probably sold me the spoiled one, right?

2016 Infiniti QX70 EVO-NIST1 Stand-Alone Add-On Remote Start -Brake Problem

2016 Infinit QX70 EVO-NIST1 Stand-Alone Add-On Remote Start is the Vehicle and Product that is being installed (with harness - not hard wired)

I have confirmed the EVO ALL is configured and programed for the vehicle - no RF controller, stand alone, factory remote (push lock, unlock, lock to start).

I installed the fortin harness and hooked up the PST wire, the park light interface wire, and the vallet switch.  I am using the install instructions; Guide #90131

I have successfully programed the unit to the vehicle; yet the problem is the engine will not start.

When I attempt a remote start cycle, the parking lights activate, the radio headunit turns on, the PST engages to ACC, and then the gauge cluster appears on the dash (digital), and then the PST engages to Start (ignition).

But then the vehicle does not start.

If I attempt a remote start in the car while pressing the brake pedal; the system activates.

The brake lights currently function - yet during the remote start cycle, the Fortun system is NOT activating the brake lights during the start up cycle.  This appears to be the failure point.

I have checked the connections from the Fortin Product to the brake light switch.  I have tried to reset the connection and it is secure.  There is no way of reserving the connections.

And per the self help instructions I have not hooked up any other unnessacry Fortin connections.

I am using the RL2 connector to the EVO ALL unit.

I have also confirmed the the vallet switch installed (dark blue) is  not grounded or closed during the remote start cycle.

I have read a post where a 2016 Juke had a similar problem where the wires coming from the  Fortin  Harness were reversed to the factory brake light switch.

Can someone confirm my theory that the problem is the EVO ALL unit is not sending the brake signal during the remote start cycle to the corresponding brake light factory harness?  Is it the case where the Fortin plug which connects to the factory brake light  swith is missed wired?

I have spent a total of 6 hours of my last two weekends confirming connections, voltage, updating the software versions, and programing the unit but I am stuck at this failure point.

Any kind words or assistance would be helpful.

Thanks!

EVO-ALL THAR-NIS1 (when the engine is running, the standard keychain does not work)

I have Infiniti G37S coupe 2009 on the European market, everything is connected by the manual, but when the engine is running, the standard key fob does not work, you can open the car only with a metal key, just when you open the door, does the engine stall, what did I do wrong?

2009 Infinity G37 OEM remote No Start

I just finished installing the EVO-NIST1 (no other components) on my 2009 Infinity G37. After hooking up the wiring harness I completed the bypass programming procedure and everything went good until I tried to start the car using my OEM remote. I pushed my OEM remote 3 times and the car did not start. Each time I pushed the lock button a blue LED light flashes on the EVO unit but nothing else happens. Do I need to order a stand alone remote? Do I need additional components? Not sure what to do here.

evo-all + DSM300 Smartstart

I have a 2009 Infiniti FX35 with evo-all with the T-harnes and added a Directed DSM300 smartstart module. I have two issues; 1) when I remote start the car everything is fine and the doors remain locked. When I remote shutoff the car, the doors unlock. Is that supposed to happen? It happens with both the smartstart and 3X lock method. I'm worried that after the 15 minute timer is up on the start and it shutsdown, the doors will unlock. 2) the smartstart will start the car but I can not unlock and lock the doors, I have plugged the unlock/lock wires into the bcm and when I test the lock/unlock on the smartstart, the blue light flashes once so I'm pretty sure its getting the signal from the smartstart module. But the doors dont lock or unlock, could this be a grounding issue or something?

EVO-ALL Options to Remote Start 2011 Infiniti M37x

Attempting to setup EVO-ALL with THAR-NIS1 to remote start 2011 Infiniti M37x with OEM keyfob (press lock 3 times). Updated firmware successfully to 72.20 per recommendation using the FlashLink Manager. Guide says to set Options C1 and D1 to ON. When I do this and then click SAVE OPTIONS, the Flash Link Manager immediately indicates "Device Disconnected - Waiting for device" and then tells me "the current unit does not support this feature". Please assist. Thanks!

No 3x lock to start - 2008 Infiniti G35

Installed the EVO-NIST1 on a 2008 Infiniti G35 Sedan and the car will not remote start with factory remote pressing the lock 3x. I programmed C1 and D1 options to be on. I am using this is a standalone. I sucessfully programmed the unit as per the PDF. When I press lock I see the blue LED flash on the EVO-ALL. I made all the neccessary connections except I did not connect the hood pin and door lock/unlock as they are said to be optional. Everything seems to be set up correctly. Why won't the car remote start? Another question is there a difference between the intelligent key and the push to start? I have an intelligent key and the push to start feature in my vehicle so when they have a buying option for both this is very confusing. I have tried programming the EVO-ALL for both with the same results. Thanks.

Can I use the EVO-ALL as a stand-alone remote start for a 2006 Infiniti using the factory remote?

I was wondering if it was possible to use the EVO-ALL module as a stand-alone remote start for a 2006 Infiniti G35x with Intelligent Key? I have looked for the a guide for making the module stand-alone without an aftermarket remote starter, but have no had any luck. Additionally, I do have the Fortin Flash-Link. Thank you.

07 G35x Remote starts but cannot remote stop

I just bought the unit with the t harness which is ver 6 with preloaded 72.16 (tried both and 72.14 but currently using 72.17) for standalone operation. The car will remote start with lock unlock lock but if 3x lock is used it will start with one push. I've read about this problem and I'm okay with lock unlock lock. The car remote starts fine and will shutoff when timing out but I cannot remote stop it. The blue led will flash for each OEM remote press when the car is off but when on, it only detects unlock.

G37 T Harness A4/A5 pin optional?

In guide 12661, rev 20141015, for the THAR-NIS1, on the page 4 wiring diagram it shows both A4 and A5 as optional connections into the BCM. If I just want a standalone remote start with the EVO-ALL, I am assuming I wouldn't need to connect these two wires since these seem like outputs to the lock and unlock and since I am using the factory remote, there would be no point (I am assuming you only connect these two if you are using some other remote so that it can tell the BCM to unlock the doors), correct? So reading the diagram, for a standalone remote start for the G37 with keyport, I only need to connect the Door Pin to A15, the Push To Start wire to A19 and the Parking lights to the brown wire in the harness and then plug in all the other T connectors, correct?

2008 G37 Wont Start on 3x Lock on Standalone Configuration

I have tried 2 different EVO ALL modules and re checked all my (soldered) wiring. Vehicle won't remote start upon pressing 3x Lock but it will start when the external input (yellow/black wire) is momentarily grounded. Did I miss anything?

EVO ALL standalone starter on a PTS, which wire can be grounded on unlock to prevent shut down when door is opened?

I did this on a 2007 Infinity G35 in the past and got an answer from your phone tech support and it worked. I just forgot which wire it was on the EVO ALL and if it is compatible or can be applied to other vehicles with PTS and RFID... lets say a 2007 and a 2013 Lexus ES350 Thanks

Will the evo all stand alone turn rear defrost on through CAN?

Using evo all as a standalone with option 15. Can it turn on the rear defroster when remote started through CAN without wiring to actual defroster? I thought it was capable of doing all that through the CAN.

evo all stand alone take over

When pressing lock 3x to start the car, it will start and run. If I unlock it with the remote or button on the door and then place the key far away and get it, I able to drive off and the car does not complain about no key or turn off. It will turn off if i reach in the window and unlock it and open the door. But I thought if no key in range during take over it would complain and shutdown.

2011 G37 sedan automatic

I will be buying the Stand Alone EVO ALL system. I do not need anything else, no remote starter or anything? Just wire up the Stand Alone EVO all and it should be all set?
