2009 Subaru Manual unable to Lock/Unlock during remote start

Good evening, I am trying to get a 2009 Subaru Forester manual transmission functioning with an EVO-ONE and an Excaliber RF kit (listed under compatible remotes). Reference: https://fortin.ca/download/25141/Audiovox%20%20EVO-ONE.pdf First of all, the option for RFLF remote within Unit Options does not exist on any of the remote start firmware options (tried 0.44, 1.26, 1.16 and several others to check). I did attempt to pair the remotes and had mild success with the default RF kit setting. Lock and Unlock seem to work intermittently depending on the state of the vehicle, remote start does work with reserve mode for the manual transmission as long as a lock command is accepted to turn off the engine (configured option to keep engine running until door lock). Currently running remote start firmware 1.16, but had similar results with 1.26 and 0.44 as well. Primary issues: 1) Unable to use factory or Excaliber remotes to lock or unlock the vehicle after a remote start command was sent from Excaliber remotes (regardless if the vehicle was able to successfully remote start or not). What options exist to resolve this? What firmware should be used? Are there any option settings to adjust? 2) Flash limit was reached while trying to test different remote start firmware versions. Can this please be reset? (EVO-ONE, 04/2022, SN: 002B04 271047) Secondary issue: 3) Sometimes when a door is opened after an unlock command, the alarm is triggered and can only reset when unlock is pressed twice on the factory fob (not tested with Excaliber remotes). This was not tested thoroughly so I do not have clear steps to reproduce this case. It did seem to happen more often after any action was made relative to remote-starting (either attempting to enter reserve mode with engine running or after attempting remote-start).

2022 Subaru WRX, Manual Transmission, Evo-One, THAR-SUB4, RFK3641, Ready-mode not activating

Car = 2022 Subaru WRX, Manual Transmission, Push-to-start I have programmed, decrypted, and installed an EVO-One using the THAR-SUB4 Harness and an RFK3641 rf kit. When I try to enable the ready mode, the car is not remote starting. I have been following the procedure to activate: Car is running, put in neutral, press foot brake, pull hand brake, release foot brake, here is where it gets weird. According to the instructions I should now press and hold the start button for 3 seconds, but before I get a chance to do that the car flashes the lights 3 times. When I press and hold the start button for 3 seconds nothing happens. I leave the car running, get out, the car automatically shuts off and locks the doors. When I go to remote start it, the lights flash 3 times and nothing happens. I have tried doing this same thing with and without holding the start button for 3 seconds before exiting. I have also tried pushing the start button on the car before exiting (similar to "removing" the key), but the car immediately shuts off. Looking for some assistance, thanks!

Evo one won’t remote start but will let the car continue to run after starting the car manually..

2017 Subaru WRX. Won't Remote start. Manual Trans. The yellow wire on the main harness (T-Harness) that goes to the clutch wire does nothing when trying to remote start. But the car will continue to run after I turn the key off.

subaru no start

Cannot get manual transmission ready mode to activate at all

I've set up the Fortin evo one to work with my car, everything works as it should except for the manual transmission ready mode, I have it on 33.2 and whenever I push in the brake, lift the e brake and then let off the brake, I don't get any feedback at all from the car. The car is a 2020 wrx sti with push to start, t harness was used to install

2017 Subaru WRX STI EVO-ALL Transponder Bypass

We have had some issues finding the Immobiliser Data wire in a 2017 PTS Subaru WRX STI, the install guide tells us it is plug B pin 25 behind the glove box in the ECU, The ECU in this car does not have a wire in that location!, after many emails and many phone calls i was finally able to get a pinout diagram for the exact ECU in that car and it would seem the Immobilser data wire is in a different plug and different location (Still in the ECU behind the glovebox though) if we cut it the car starts for 2 seconds then dies also the key lock light on the dash illuminates, but when we wire it up to the EVO-ALL it won't read the data, we just get steady Red Blue Lights instead of the 10 red and 10 blue flashes, we can use the EVO-ALL for convienence features but not Immobiliser bypass, does anyone have any ideas or have seen this on any other subaru's using different software all help would be appreciated. Plug B "Pin 25" is the one shown in all the install guides which isn't populated in our ECU and Plug C "Pin 26" is the one shown in the Pinout diagram from Subaru. Hopefully everyone can follow my Question/Diagram!!!!

Yellow led stays on. Car won’t remote start.

09 Subaru Legacy with evo one, standard key and manual transmission. All of the wires are installed and I followed the procedure for the dcryptor programming successfully, however I haven't been able to remote start the car. When I try to do the procedure (foot on brake, pull hand brake, release foot brake after 1 second) that's where I get stuck, holding the start button for 3 seconds does nothing for me, the parking lights don't flash or do anything. All of the functions of the remote work fine I can lock and unlock the door I have no issues starting the car with the key or anything. The LED on the unit remains yellow no matter what I do t's my understanding it should be flashing blue when I press buttons. I have already changed over the settings with the flash loader for manual transmission but still no luck. can anyone help me figure this out.

Remote start refuses to start after 3 attempts, no accessory or ignition. Evo All 2008 Subaru Impreza manual.

I installed and programmed this module correctly with an encore remote starter almost a year ago and it was working fine. Recently, my car would not remote start after 3 attempts were made and refused by the remote starter. The clutch is correctly bypassed, I've triple checked the wiring and made sure I have good grounds. I did notice that the positive input coming from the remote start to the Evo all is at 10.5v while the positives to the remote starter are all 12.5+ The yellow LED comes on with ignition and there is NO red LED. I tried a different source for the 12V+ that was a known good constant with no good results. The RS still refuses to start after 3 attempts with the key in either acc or run positions. During the attempts, the dash faintly lights on and off each time. Accessory does not come on with any of the attempts. I've exhausted all other resources that I have available to me, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Edit: I forgot to mention that after unplugging and plugging back in the module that my Check Engine light has come on, related to Camshaft Position Sensor.

2008 Subaru Impreza Evo All + Encore E1 not working

Encore E1 "Tries" 4 times, yellow LED on Evo lights each try. There is no 12v on any of the ignition outputs when the E1 is trying. The Evo firmware is up to date, and the key data was successfully decrypted. Manual transmission, clutch is switched.

2011 Subaru Impreza manual transmission won't remote start

Unit programmed and key dcryptor worked as well but it does not remote start as it should. The red light comes on when attempting to start but it shuts back off. If you hold the clutch in it works as it should. I tried a different unit and relay but it doesn't seem to make a difference

2015 Manual WRX 3 click start

To whom it may concern,

I have 2015 Subaru WRX Manual and I am using a EVO-one. I believe I have everything setup correctly,

I have bypassed the clutch switch and added the clutch cable (that is connected to the t-harness) to the cable that is used to bypass the switch. i have finshed setup for the dcryptor i used the flashlink to enable option 38.2 and 33.2 in the remote start mode i used the flashlink to enable option c1 in the bypass mode

I have used the sequence, gear neutral--> break down and hand brake up. but it seems to not start.

I have looked at the LEDs, when locking it would blink each time locked. the third time the car seems to light up but now sign of starting,

Am i missing something?

2013 wrx Ready mode is not working, some wiring questions also

I recently finished installing an EVO ONE on my 2013 subaru wrx.  I also installed the compustar PRO t11 remote kit.

Quick notes about my install:

I used both the wrx and sti instructions since the wrx lacked some info.  Hood pin is not installed and the wire is not connected to anything (i was planning on doing a hood tilt switch, i wanted to refrain from running the wires till I can confrim my remote starter works 100%) Clutch bypass is not done, I was waiting for the diode to come in the mail.  I have been pressing the clutch pedal down to simulate the bypass.  starter 2 is hooked up through a relay as per the install instructions for the STI. Turbo timer does not work, car just turns off.  Instructions do not call out for hand brake line to be tapped into, so this is not done.  Immobilizer bypass is done from a tb-box (inserted oem chip and wired up with the antenna around the ignition barrel)  Fortin employee verified I was able to do this.  All connections have been double checked and used t-taps for the smaller lines and hard wired for ignition harness.

I have a few questions/issues.

I cannot seem to get ready mode to work.  Per the instrctions, I am pulling up on the hand brake, releasing my foot off the brake, pressing the remote start button on the compustar, and then turning off the ignition.  When pressing the button on the remote, my parking lights flash 3 times and when turning key to off, the car turns off as well.   -Question:  Niether the wrx nor the sti install insturctions calls out for a hand brake/ebrake to be tapped into. Could this be  the reason why I my ready mode is not activating?

My remote from the compustar kit is working but does not lock/unlock/trunk release.  It only flashes my parking lights.  I cannot seem to figure out why this is the case.  When installing the remote, I had to program via method 2 from the install instructions (click valet about 3x).

When attempting to remote start I get 3x flashing which means Ready mode is not activated.  I have also switched back and froth between regular and valet mode as to double check.

Neutral Output

Does the neutral gear position on a 2014 STi get published to the CAN bus so that it could be used as an output on one of the spare output wires on connector A (A15-A20)?
