2021 Audi A5 remote starter keyless entry

After installing remote starter for 2021 Audi A5 Coupe, should I get EVO ALL or EVO ONE? Also, would keyless entry still work?

2013 Audi A5 Alternating flashing red and yellow after decryption

2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet, push to start. Evo-all with THAR-AUD1. Good connection at CAN hi and low and brake pedal, T-harness to ignition. Software 60.08. Evo-all S/N 001A07 073896. Suggested options loaded. Decryption succesful. When I re-connection after decryption, I get alternating red and yellow flashing, with no responce from a 3X lock. I have decrypted with both key fobs, and no responce with or without a key in the ignition slot, doors closed, open, makes no difference, still no responce. Any suggestions would be reatly appreciated. Thank you, Joe

What components do I need for a 2011 Audi A5 with a manual trans?

Hey Guys.... Been trying to figure out what exactly I need for my car and it's a little confusing. I think I have it figured out and just need a confirmation before I buy!

I have a 2011 Audi A5 with a manual. If I understand the terminology correct, I believe it is a key port version (FOB into dash and push that to start). I DO NOT have a key to sacrifice.

I think I need:

EVO-ALL (key port version) T-Harness (to avoid hacking wiring, correct?) FlashLink Updater (to program keyless?) Evo 9 Series Remote (to start far away)

Is there anything else I would need?

Thanks... looking forward to a nice install and a great system by all reviews!!!

Audi A5 PTS

Hello,

I will be installing the EVO-ALL in my 2014 Audi A5 which has push to start and the keyport using the guide 72791.

I want to confirm a few things prior to wiring anything up in the vehicle.

Pin A16 - This is not needed in my instance correct? I spoke with Crutchfield support who says this is for an external (secondary) ignition use and is not required to be hooked up in my case.  If it is needed can you give details where this should be connected? Is there an option when using the RF642W that will enable the rear defroster as one of the aux outputs?

Thanks for your help,

Brandon

2014 audi a5 with push start. is the evo one the only piece i need to install remote start?

In the directions it looks like I need to leave a key attached inside the car to the unit. will the car start if someone breaks in considering it is push button? I am concerned if someone breaks into the car, it will be able to be started because there will be a key inside at all times.
