2013 Nissan Armada evo one with T harnass

So I have a few strange thngs going on with this vehicle. First if I set the evo to the 3 basic required functions the remote start doesnt work so function 2 mode 3 prevents the remote start to work. when the remote start does work ok I have these issues, if the any of the doors are opened except the drivers door the vehicle shuts down, if I open the drives door it wil stay running til I touch the brake pedal or turn the tumbler to the run position.Also the A/C defaults to defrost all the time . Lastly to get the rear liftgate to function one user on this site stated he added a reley of 2?? where were these added? thanks for the help in advance

2014 Nissan Armada with EVO-ONE hatch will not open.

Using an EVO-ONE with the NIS2 T harness. When I remote start with the FTX64-2W only the driver door will unlock with the remote and the hatch will not open with the OEM remote or the Fortin. When I get in an turn the ignition on, the hatch will start to open. I also noticed that the radio is not on when I remote start.
