Evo-All not programming

Have a 2004 silverado, will not go red after blue light turn off after key in run position. double check data wire, purple/yellow wire of evo to purple wire at obd2 pin 2. Connection is good other then to solder. Evo-All hardeware vr. 6, Firmware 4.18. Date is 11/2018. What else can I do?

Heated Seats.

Hello. I have a 2017 Chevvy Cruze set up with an EVO One and a DEI Xl 202 RF extender kit. Everything works fine except the heated seats. I have enabled the auto heated seats in the bypass section, but they come on regardless of the outdoor temp, ie they still come on above 5 degrees. I have enabled option 31 in the RS side but it made no difference so I disabled it again. As the seats seem to be controlled over the can bus and not by the aux output, option 31 probably makes no difference. It look like the only option is to dsable heated seats in summer and enable them in winter. it's a workaround but not ideal. Any idea's? Best Regards Pat Lynch

How to wire a Compustar CM7000 to the Evo-all (Evo-GMT4) using idatalink

I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche. i purchased CM7000, Evo-All with T-harness, and a drone Dr-3100.

 I installed the evo-all using the T-harness, hoping for a quick and easy installation. After the Evo was installed and programmed, I am able to use the OEM remote to start/stop the vehicle, it works fine.  I then attempted to connect the CM7000 alarm/remote start to the Evo-all using "connection A", installation with Data-Link. Here is where I might be missing something. The instructions detail how to add a remote start to the Evo, so i assume it would be the same for the CM7000 Remote/alarm combo. 

The instructions state that only the the ignition out wire needs to be connected to the Evo-all From the CM7000, and that some alarm require the 12v Battery wire to be connected directly to the T-harness, so I tried it with the 12v wire both ways.

From the CM7000, I connected the 12V Green ignition wire on the Low current ignition harness (CN3) to the yellow ignition wire (A1) on the Evo. i am using a Compustar 2-way remote (2W704R-SH) with the alarm.  it was my understanding that the instalation with Data-link is suppose to greatly reduce the number of wires that you have to connect. I changed option F2 from "Fortin" to "AP-OFA" then the 2-way remote locks and unlocks the doors.

My problem is that when i try to use the 2-way remote to start the vehicle, nothing happens. Its like the alarm is not communicating with the evo or the vehicle. None of the lights on the dash light up.  However I am able to Lock and Unlock the using the 2-way with no problems.   i took it a step further and attempted to connect the Black status out wire from compustuar's 20-pin harness (CN5) to the Ground while running Dk. Blue wire on the Evo, and also the 12v yellow starter output from the compustar ignition harness, to the red/blue start wire of the Evo.  when trying to remote start

    Are there any other wires from the CM7000 that i need to connect (or connect to the Evo) in order for the remote start to work? the Door locks are working fine. I was under the impression that no other connections were needed since i would be using the Idatalink installation. Will any of the the wires (other than the siren, parking light, and hood pin) need to be wired directly to the vehicle in order for this alarm to work or will it all be handled thru the data-link? Does the horn output work thru the data-link or will it need to be wired directly to the vehicle? What could my issue be?

Chevrolet Cruze 2013 Push-to-Start + Fortin EVO-ALL

I bought the official website of the device Fortin EVO-ALL and programmer for it. When connecting I have a problem . The problem occurs in the first step when power to the device , namely the black (ground) and the red cable ( +12 ) . I followed the instructions , squeezed the button on the device and connect the power connector ( black connector) . After connecting the flashing LEDs in the following order : blue, yellow, red , yellow , blue + red, and then blue, yellow, red , yellow , blue + red, etc. According to the instruction sequence indicators should flash sequentially. I can not understand what it is, after all only connected power . Despite this, I continued connection . Follow step 2, 3 , 4 ( the behavior of the indicators consistent with instructions) and step 5 again discrepancy after clicking on the Push-to-Start tanned just two yellow + red LED . What am I doing wrong? My car Chevrolet Cruze 2013 Push-to-Start. Connecting the wiring instructions. int-sl+ Door Trigger problems

I have a 2006 Trailblazer SS Loaded that I am putting in a autopage rs-915/int-sl+. I used the activation key, not realizing that it only has 48hrs. So I never got to use it because somthing else had come up and didn't have time. That policy is a JOKE! Anyway I am experiencing slow door trigger communication. IE: When the door is closed sometimes it says it's open. Will the int-sl+ also read the front and rear doors and hatch? Or do I need to hard wire it.

2019 silverado pts no RAP disable

Installed standalone RFK 942, evo all and thar-gm6,tried evo-one aswell, tried newest firmware and a also a few levels back. Truck seems to start and work normally but radio plays without end after runtime until a door is opened. 2019 silverado trailboss pts. Is there a way to have the RAP disabled through data or a way it can manually be done? service# 001a07 230826. Also, "task lights" on exterior mirrors are activated by pushing lock button on RF kit, pushing lock is like pushing task light button, once-both mirrors, twice-right only, three-left only, 4 times-both off. Seem to stay on for at least several minutes, only happens when using rf remote, not factory fob.

2008 Silverado 2500hd starts fine with the 3x lock button, if started with key I get a security light

I am using the EVO-GMT4 which comes with the T-harness. 2008 2500HD 6.6 Duramax WT with standard key. All programing went fine, after initial installtion had a fuse blow - under hood DIS 2.5A fuse - replaced and system works with 3x lock button on factory remote. If I key start the truck I get a security light on the dash, stays on solid the entire time. Truck runs fine just has the annyoing light on the dash. Have not pulled the code for the light yet as it goes out if I start with the 3x lock feature. Any suggestions?

cannot find white and orange wire location

good morning i have a 2004 tahoe that working on. the instructions are a confusing. one page says the two wires (white & orange) are at the fuse panel;then the next page they say theyre at the left of the steering column. i cannot find the wire locations in either spot.

any help would be greatly appreciated

2015 Chevy Colorado does not show any display and does not start after pressing the lock button 3'x.

Followed the videos and instructions, but when I try to start it with the remote, Nothing lights up on the radio display like and it doesn't start at all after 3 to 5 seconds. No OEM remote start, do I need a install a OEM remote start for this to work? EVO-GMT1, programming the Evo-All was easy and is up to date. But still does not remote start. Service #001A06 897593

What option is best for Viper 5706V?

I am trying to figure out what the best route forward is for doing an install of a Viper 5706V in my 2001 Silverado. I looked at what your site states but am really at a loss as to which is the best option and which is compatible with the Viper alarm. I am confident that I should be able to handle the install I just want to be 100% certain I get all the required bits up front. Any advice you could share would be much appreciated. Cheers, -Stephen

2010 Silverado K1500 WT EVO-ALL/GMT4 Stand alone remote start & alarm help needed

I purchased an EVO-GMT4 and installed successfully for remote start functionality. Application is a 2010 K1500 Silverado WT with factory remote. No factory remote start or alarm. I have the EVO alarm functionality enabled as well as remote start function. The vehicle horn beeps with lock but nothing happens when I lock/arm and then open a door. What is nessesary to make the alarm functional? Settings? Additional wiring? I'm uncertain of the need to connect the horn wire separately from the bypass connections as clearly the bypass can beep the horn as it does when I hit lock more than once and which can be modified through the programming software (example, first lock silent).

DEI Smartstart DSM 350 and EVO-GMT4

I have the EVO-GMT4 RS installed on my 2008 Chevy Avalanche. I wanted know if the DEI Smartstart DSM 350 module would work with my install and vehicle? If so, what would be the procedure to install it? Thanks, Chuck

2008 Silverado WT not remote starting with EVO-GMT & RF Kit

I Installed a Fortin EVO-GMT in my 2008 Chevrolt Silverado WT. The lock/unlock function works, but attempting to start results in the dash lights and accessories turning on for several seconds, turning off momentarily, turning back on for several seconds, then the red light flashing 3 times before failing to start. (The starter does not crank). I know this unit is capable of starting the truck - I initially misprogrammed the RF (FTX-64-2W) as H1 rather than H2 - which caused the unlock to not work, and a strange combination of buttons on the remote would start the truck. After reprogramming it to H2, the symptoms above became aparent. *Kit is being used as stand-alone, truck does not have factory remote. Any help is appreciated.

Can't get programming sequence to go through Evo GMT1, used to work

2011 Chevy Camaro SS. During the first programming section, I can not get the yellow light to flash constantly during the second key sequence. Okay, try the second programming section. Second key squence, sometimes the yellow doesn't flash, and I have never seen the blue flash. I unplugged it anyways, ran it through decrypter. It says it decrypted. Remote start still won't work. I had a helluva time getting it programmed the first time early last year. In fact, I gave up on it and then it decided to start working. I left it out so I could see the lights. It quit working again and now won't program. Checked fuse F1 which says it's for the "Discrete Logic Ignition Switch", it's fine.

2011 Silverado 1500 WT

Installed EVO-GMT4 and used provided T-harness for use as stand alone unit. Unit programmed according to steps in manual. Disconnected unit and updated to 70.18 using Flash Manager and FLU unit and and decrypted as well. All went well according to Flash Manager. Verified options C1 and D1 were enabled. Reconnected unit to vehicle and blue light flashes each time lock button is pressed, but vehicle never tries to start.

Can a master reset convert satnd alone to remote system?

I have a customer with an EVOGM1 standalone in a 2015 Impala. Because of the keyless entry not working while the vehicle is running, he'd like to add a Crimestopper LC1 remote/receiver. The customer does not have a flash loader, but I'm thinking that if he does a master reset, he will clear out C1/D1, the EVO will default to working via datalink and the system will work fine with the LC1. Is this correct?

If the Flash-Link Updater does not recognize my module, is the module defective?

I just bought a brand new EVO-ALL and Flash-Link Updater 2. I followed the instructions exactly on the Flash-Link Updater manual in order to get the latest updates for my device prior to install. The Flash-Link powers on and lights up red but the module never lights up and the Flash-Link light does not come on showing a link to the module. Any option I attempt to choose results in a message that the device was not found. Is this brand new module defective? Is there any other way to test it or reset it? Thanks!

Parking lights stay on after using lock/unlock/trunk features?

I have a Fortin INT-SL-PL installed in my 2002 Chevrolet Impala with a Compustar CS800-S remote starter. When we use the lock/unlock/trunk features on the fobs the parking lights stay on indefinitely after the headlights have shut off. How can we fix this?

Using the EvoAll as standalone remote start in 2008 Chevy Impala, this is the only vehicle listed which does not get brake status via data. How is it suggested to connect for brake status shutdown?

Is INT-SL+ compatible with Crimestopper RS4-G5

Hi, My car is 03 Chevy cavalier. I want to remote start my car using Crimestopper RS4-G5 remote starter. According to your website, both EVO-ALL and INT-SL+ bypass module are compatible with my car. However, if I choose EVO-ALL, I will need buy another Flash-link updater to downgrate the firmware to 4.06, is this correct? Can I build the system using INT-SL+ bypass module and RS4-G5 to remotely start the car? Thank you.
