Flashlink Manager won't recognize Evo-One Module

Just purchased a flashlink 4 updater. Downloaded the software but it won't detect that the evo-one is plugged in. Updater is on latest software.

Is there a minimum EvoOne hardware revision for 2019 Honda Passport ?

Yesterday we have installed an EvoOne with THAR-ONE-HON8 harness and followed instructions for a takeover install on a customer's 2019 Honda Passport. The EvoOne's remote start functionality works, but when I unlock the door and get inside (I've tried proximity fob, OEM fob unlock button, MyStart unlock) and I push "start" once (or multiple times), nothing happens. The push to start button keeps pulsing its white led instead of turning red. When I hit the brakes after a few seconds of pressing "Start" once, the car shuts down. The EvoOne is a few years old and might not be the latest hardware revision. Is there a hardware limitation ? Or is there something else I'm missing ? Thank yoiu

Why won't the program fully recognize flashlink module?

When I plug the flashlink into my pc it won't recognize it unless I run the update then it says device found but still has red dot in the middle saying it's not connected and the blue light will flash when I cancel the update. I have a flash-link 4 with Vr:4.03 firmware Service # 002504 060291

Unable to Program keys, Decryptor indicates missing information.

2018 Ford F-550 Standard keyless entry. Installed EVO-ALL 4.01 Stand Alone THAR-FOR3 Single key: Truck starts and runs with the FACTORY 3x Remote start option (Verifies CAN communication). The runtime is not adjustable with this installation method. Installed EVO-ALL 4.01 & 71.50 Stand Alone THAR-FOR2 2-key and cannot get past Key programming to get Decryptor set up. Using either 4.01 or 71.50 Firmware and guide# 59421,at step 5 where after installing the first key the red LED should flash, the red LED turns on solid. After inserting 2nd key the red and yellow LEDs turn solid and the ignition turns on BUT the blue LED never flashes and the ignition never turns off. The IP indicates that there is no key present. The only way to turn off the ignition is to unplug the black 4 wire connector (Data-link) from the EVO-ALL. I have verified CAN communication on both CAN1 and CAN2. Both keys are master keys that were supplied with the truck at new delivery. I have been through the troubleshooting section and that was no help. I found a post in the forum "FORT2 Programming Issues" that had an issue similar where the CAN2 was disconnected to solve the issue, I have not tried this yet. Is there anything else that I can try to get the Keys to allow programing so that i can run the Decryptor portion of the EVO-ALL programming? I have exhausted all ideas except for the disconection of the CAN2 as a last resort. Thanks again, cheers.

voltage issue

I have a 2012 Caravan and when it gets cold out the remote start does not work,it just clicks like a dead battery would but it will start with the key without a problem. I bought this system prewired for the vehicle along with the Linkr-Lt1 module. It was advertised as a plug and play setup and it was. Any suggestions?

I am unable to program the module

I installed the unit into the car followed directions till solid blue LED, fast blue LED, then red and yellow flashing LED. I downloaded flash link but does not find unit.

2014 CAMRY G-KEY, WITH EVO-ONE+TOYTHARONE-2+RF-642W: REMOTE STARTER STOPPED WORKING OVER-NIGHT.

Hi everyone, My vehicle: Camry 2014 with G stamped keys. Services #: 002B07 318660 EVO ONE Last week, I installed EVO-ONE with Toy-thar-one-2 harness following guide: #76661. I also have the RF642W added on because I knew my car needed RF-kit to remote start (OEM 3X LOCK not supported). I installed them through, got them working. RF remotes started my car just fine the first night (about 15 F degree outside atm). Unfortunately, they both stopped working the next morning due to no reason or change (45 F degrees atm). The car would just crank when I remote start and then stop. During the cranking, as soon as I put my G-key in, it starts just fine. Normal key-turning starting worked. I then re-flashed my Evo-ONE and re-programed it into my car. They worked at first and then stopped working the next morning all over again. This time, outside temperature did not change much. So I guess it must not have anything to do with the cold-start feature. I think maybe my Evo un-learns programs itself? May it be the cause here? About my installation: As I follow the instruction, I have my installation done with successful programming. At Flash-link step, I updated both By-pass and remote starter to the most current recommended versions: 79.51 and 1.24. I left all options as recommended by the wizard too. One thing I noticed, the guide wanted Function 2 in Remote Start to be in Mode 4 which it says "+ Start 2 E1, + Ignition 2 E2". However in Flash-link, Mode 4 shows as "White (E1) START, ORANGE (E2) Ignition 2". I dont know if the difference would cause me the problem. Thank you a lot!

Alarm starts after remote-starting the car

Hi, On My Honda Civic 2012, I have a remote starter. It was working like charme for a while, I dont know what model is, FSA-206/208 or 209 ? Last week, while remote-strating the car: The car did start but 2 seconds after the alarm starts. And the only way to stop it (the alarm) is to unlock the driver door with the key. I tried again few days after, same issue. I replaced the batteries of the remote and tried again.... same issue. I dont understand why & how the alarm goes on. Thanks!

2016 Legacy no start with remote starter

I installed the Evo One in my daughters 2016 Subaru Legacy Limited with the regular key. I used the "T" harness and wired it as described on the website. When Lock button is press 3 times, the parking lights flash 3 times. I red in the quick start guide that this means read mode disabled. But could not see where to diagnose this issue. Programming went fine, All the LED lights did as they were supposed to. Decrypting worked OK. There are no LED lights lit on the unit at any time while plugged into vehicle. None when hit lock button, none when key is on, Pressing lock 3 times does nothing, tried unlock, then lock 3 times and nothing. I did notice the security light on the dash glows very slightly inbetween flashes, and also with the engine running. I connected all the wires as per the wiring diagram The IMO wires are connected at the back of the fuse panel in the White/Blue wire. The Yellow loop is cut as this is an automatic vehicle. Car not rearming while running on remote start or after shutting down by remote starter

I am looking for help on my car unlocking issue when running on remote start and staying unlocked after remote start and also getting unlocked immidetaly even I press lock button while it is running on remote start. After speaking with some one on phone with fortin, I disabled option D2 since some one told I dont need to do this from evo-all and I need to do this from crimestopper rs4-g5. This doesnt work. Then I selected options 8 in rs4-g5 which is to lock after remote start and it still do the same Then I selected option 10 to off which is not to unlock before remote start to just test this out of curosity. I am suprised car is still getting remote started. I dont know why my alarm go off at this point. since I switched off options to unlock before remote start in both rs4-g5 and evo-all Then finally I enabled option D5 in evo-all thinking that may help in lock the door after remote start, but still not working. I ran out of options. can someone please help.

Car is unlocking while remote started and Auto light issue

Hi, I installed fortin Evo-all with Crimestopper rs4-g5 and everything working fine expect for one issue. I find that car is getting unlocked when it is remoted started and I think becuase of this auto-lights off also not working they are staying on for whole run. How can I keep the vechicle locked while remote started and unlock it with remote start key. I taught this is default thing for remote startes or do I need to enable option 8 is rs4-g5?

Crank but wont start

This is 2013 Toyota Camry G Key. Bypass Version 79.37 and Remote Starter version 1.19.

Bypass version a1 to a11 is on. Rest all are off.

When i try to start the car using Remote, Vehicle crank but wont start. Parking light flashes 4 times. This means Tach signal is not obtained properly from Can bus. 

I see sometimes, car Starts and since Tach signal is not obtained properly the starter disengages slowly.

Sometimes it crank and it wont start.  Please advise how to solve the problem. I am using fortin RF642W

remote and the remote are configured with no issues.

 

I have verified Can high, Can Low and IMMO data from where i tapped to the wiring harness of EVo one, i see good continuity. 

Issue 2: My OEM remote is not working. I enabled 3 times lock on remote and bypass but still not working. Not a major issue. but dont know why it is not working. PLEASE NOTE i have enabled 3xlock on remote start and oem remote monitoring on bypass, but still it doesnt work.

Issue 3: After i remote start the car(when it work sometime) if i open the door(getting my hand inside the door and opening the door from inside), there is no alarm. I am thinking that if i lock the car with remote, and when car is remote started, then if i try to open from inside of the car, i expect car alarm to come on but notihing happend. Issue 2 and 3 are not high priority. but for sure issue 1 have to be addressed. I am happy to wire tach (hard wire). but dont know what to connect from where.. 

i have cross verified my
