Resistor required for parking lights at BCM on 2015 RAM

Per the instructions for 2015 RAM it says to tap into the connector at the headlight switch for the parking lights output and add a 1k ohm resistor. I previously had a different remote start module where i tapped into the parking lights output at the BCM and it didnt require a resistor. Can i tap into the bcm for the parking lights output with the EVO-ALL and if so do i still need to add the resistor?

Anyone else having problems with warning lights and stalling?

I installed my EVO in my 2015 Ram1500 SLT. After installation, the truck does start immediately without problems, but now on a couple occasions the truck has stalled when accellerating from a stop at low speeds and on other occasions every warning light on my gauge cluster will flash and my 2WD light will flash when going at normal cruising speed (45-60 mph) and I lose power. If I take my foot off the accelerator and coast, the lights will slowly go off and I resume control and acceleration. Anyone else experience this? My fear is that it is messing with the ECM Module. I used the T-Harness for the installation.

Truck remote starts, but horn goes off like the alarm is set off

Got my unit to start the truck, but the alarm seems like it is going off while it's running. Can't figure out why.

Get to step 8, turn key, lights turn off but the blue light doesn’t flash.

2015 ram 1500 with regular key, have the wires plugged into the right spot, do the key program and get up to step 8, turn key, lights turn off, then the blue light is supposed to flash, but it doesn't.

Unable to complete step 7 in proramming

I am able to get to step 6 of the Evo-all chrt6 install in my 2015 ram diesel tip key install. At the end of step 6 the red led light is on on the evo unit. I wait several minutes for the lights on teh dash to turn off, and then put the key in the ignition, but i am not seeing the blue led light up. i have triple checked and reconnected the yellow wire to the pink/grn wire as well as both can bus wires to the obd connector, and have double checked the blue and blue/blk wires. i have checked for voltage on each wire, 12 volts on ignition when on, 12 volts on blue/blk when off dropping to 9v when key is in. 0 volts on blue with it going to 5 when running. i see 2.5 volts on can lo when on and 3.0 volts on can high when on. with more monkehying i can now get it to detect the key insert on step 7 but it is not getting to a flashing blue led.
