After I remote start and drive my truck, I have to use the remote to stop it, why?

I have my EVO combo and CHRT4 hooked up as a stand alone remote start using the t harness. It starts and runs great. Tonight, I started the truck with the OEM remote, put my key in the ignition, turned the key to the run position, and drove home. When I got there, I took the key out of the ignition and the truck would not shut off. I had to use the remote to shut it off. I've installed other remote starts on different vehicles and they all used the brake wire to change from the remote start to the OEM ignition..if that makes sense to anyone. And the key would shut off the vehicle once it was removed. Did I not wire this up correctly in my 2012 Ram Diesel or is this just the way this system works? Thank you for your help

diesel option isn't working

I have a ram with the cummins diesel, and have an issue with the start. It starts fine when warm, but in cold weather, the truck starts hard, and I discovered it is because it doesn't have the delay it should for the grid heater to warm up. Diesel option on and off in the programmer doesn't make a difference as to how long after ignition on, it starts. Need help! It's too cold to walk outside already and it's only December!

Evo-All Chrt4 2012 Ram 1500 gas, Parking Light hookup

Is there any special way to hook up the 1K ohm resistor when hooking up the parking lights? I'm assuming just install between existing parking light wire and evo module wire? Also when hooking up 12v ignition wire are most people just tapping in at the fuse panel? Thanks

LED's just cycle thru the three colors, dose not stop when button is released.

2011 Ram 2500 Diesel. The three LED's keep cycling after button is released. EVOOne date: 10-2024 sn: 001a07663936

Why am I having trouble with GWR wire?

I am running an Evo-All with T-harness for 2012 Ram 1500 connected to Easyguard EC002 and am having an issue with the GWR wire not able to consistently activate the Evo-All without disconnecting the GWR wire each time I want to start the vehicle. Why is the Evo-All not responding to the input without disconnecting and reconnecting?

Why am I having trouble with GWR wire?

I am running an Evo-All with T-harness for 2012 Ram 1500 connected to Easyguard EC002 and am having an issue with the GWR wire not able to consistently activate the Evo-All without disconnecting the GWR wire each time I want to start the vehicle. Why is the Evo-All not responding to the input without disconnecting and reconnecting?

why is my truck messed up

When i bought my 2017 ram 1500 it came with the remote start and i loved it never had an issue recently my fob died and i wasn't quick to change it it didn't bother me finally today i went and bought a tiny screw driver and changed the battery it worked and it was fine. it wasn't until my sister opened the door that i noticed that if i had my truck on and any of the doors were opened then my truck would turn off and it never did it before. how do i fix it?

Can bus faults after 3 trouble free years

Is there any warranty on a the evo device that stopped working out of the blue? My 2014 ram broke down a couple of nights ago and the dtcs state the can bus was not ok. U0001 I removed the can high wire from evo and all issues went away and cleared. I love my remote starter and fob, is there anyway to get this module repaired or replaced ?

Programming will not go past step 8

Hi in step 8 the red and blue light will go out but the blue light will not come on again to flash rapidly like its suposed too. When I turn off and take key out the blue light comes on solid. So what could the problem be as I tried to reprogram numerous times.

Yellow light on, cant start truck now, remote or push button

Installed everything per the instructions, and now when I plugged the fortin unit back into the truck, the yellow light came on the unit and the truck wont start at all anymore. 2020 Ram 2500 gas push to start EVO-ALL SN001A07 156909

I just purchased a chrt4 for my 2010 ram 2500 diesel. The ad stated it was not programmed so I purchased the flash link as well. Will I be able to program if for the diesel delay?

2019 RAM 2500 Push to start GAS blue light goes out after plugging in the 20 pin con (step 3)

(What I wired)

THAR-CHR6 Harness:  I wired from the EVO ALL  A1  to the purple and white on the Igintion BCM module. A10 to Lt.Blue of T harness, A20 to the Lt.Blue/Black of T harness, with an OHM meter I ringed them out (they are connected). I tied the red connector  D3 & D1 together and soldeir together at the T harness as discribed.  Can 1 LOW connection C4 from the EVO to the Yellow of CAN 1 connector on the truck. Can 1 High connection C3 from the EVO to the Brown and White of CAN 1 connector on the truck. 

(plugged it the remaining plugs by the steps discribed into the EVO ALL) 

Issue I have: I go though steps 1 & 2, however when I plug the 20 pin connector in the light the blue light goes out. (no lights are on).

I updated and flashed the EVO to Firmware 74.[38]  Hardware inside 7.0  however, the the orange box says Recimmended firmware is not loaded 63.[02]  then there is a green Update to that version aside it. 

What can my issue be. Thank in advance for any help!
