I ordered a one time subscription 24 hours later still don't have it.

I ordered a subscirption yesterday at 08:19 am, your email confirmation said I would have it in 15 minutes. My car is ripped apart and I cannot reassemble. 24 hours later I still do not have access to the subscription. You have no contact method except this.

Selected wrong model in Wirecolor.com - now activation key is invalid!

As title says, "Selected wrong model in Wirecolor.com - now activation key is invalid" I accidently selected the hybrid model which I do not have. I got the year correct 2014-2015 but wrong model of Optima. I just received this in the mail about 20 minutes ago. Please help. John

I Cant view my unlocked vehical on wire color from my activation key

I Successfully was able to use my activation key on wire color.com and was able to view my vehicals wireing guide once. Since I have been haveing issues both logging in and when I finally did get logged in I am not able to veiw my 09 nissian sentra with intelligent key wireing guide. I also tried the unlock key again for the same vehical and it said vehical unlocked but it was still locked after the message. Any idea what is going on?

Can't Buy Token

Hello, I can't seem to buy a token. I have tried numerous times using my debit card and each time I get an email saying the transaction was unsuccessful. I have verified that card information is correct along with the billing info and it still fails. I also tried PayPal and after checking out it takes me back to wire color without a token, just sends me through the "subscription" page again. Note, on the PayPal checkout i get no verification that the transaction has succeeded or failed. All I want to do is buy a couple tokens for a remote starter challenger install. Any help resolving this problem would be appreciated.

Can't access vehicle information

I activated my account. Trying to log back in and review information it says I need to buy a subscription. This is after only a few hours of activation. Help please. I can't find anywhere to click that indicates it's a saved option. When I select the vehcile by make/model/year is tells me that installation resources are "locked".

Can't re-access my saved vehicle information

Hello tech support, I used my activation key to view the wiring details for my vehicle. When I went back to look at it again I couldn't access the information as it was locked. When I try to use my activation key it says it has already been used. Can you please help, maybe reset my activation key so I can print out the information? Thanks

i needed AUDIO information for the Factory SONY 10 speaker audio in a ford F150 Raptor....i used a token on the vehicle and there was NO audio info at all.... is this only on this vehicle or does this website NEVER have audio info?? may i please have my token back

My activation code does not work: 3EMW-L4PS-UGKQ-MGAG. It says it was used already. I did type it in one time but I thought that my account when remember it and let look at the wiring of the same vechile again.

I just purchased my key override, and attempted to use the activation key for wirecolor.com that came with the override. Upon entering it, it said the key is already in use. What's the deal?

when the timer runs out, do i still have access to the information on the website?

when the timer runs out, i want to make sure i can still access the information i will need to complete my installation of the remote start system. i am not getting the vehicle in until next week. i was just looking up preliminary things so i could be ready when the job gets to my shop
