2015 malibu solid blue instead of flashing

2015 malibu. During install at step 9 of step 3 of instructions, the blue light stays solid at the end instead of flashing rapidly as described. Using harness that was included for my vehicle with the order on a evo-all

The led cannot be solid blue in the first step

I bought a EVO-ALL and T-harness for my 2009 silverado 1500. I connectted the T-harness to my truck. I press and hold the button on then EVO-ALL, then plug the 4-PIN data wire to EVO_all. But the led on EVO-All cannot to be solid blue. So I have no chance to release the button. I waitted long time and tried sereral times. Same problem. So I cannot pass the first step when I tried to install it. One more question, the EVO_All I got shows EVO_RS on the box, not EVO-GM. But the T-harness is Thar-GMt4. Is it the problem. Thanks,

EVO All Step 9 blue light does not flash 2013 Cruze

Went through all the programming but when I get to step 9, the blue light does not flash rapidly it just stays lit and does not go off when key is turned off and removed. Thanks! Updated: Figured it out but I have another question submitted.

Only blue light flashing

Hello. I am able to update firmware and program EVO-ALL to my truck with no problems. Decrypting also works but when I then plug it into my truck it just slowly flashes the blue led.
