BRAND NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED YESTERDAY BY VW. I GET THE MESSAGE ACTIVATION CODE ALREADY USED: WHAT DO I DO?

I had a brand new system installed yesterday by VW complexe 440, On my 2019 Tiguan. When i got home I downloaded the app, created the account and when trying to activate the system with the code the dealer gave me, I get the message INVALID CODE. THIS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN USED. CONTACT THE VEHICULE OWNER TO GENERATE A NEW ONE. This is NEW system unless I was sold & installed a used starter without me knowing. What do I do to fix this?

Activation code already used: what can I do?

Hi there, I purchased a used Golf R 2018 which had an Evo Start 2 remote system already installed (your app & system look great by the way, I cannot wait to try them!). However, when I tried to pair my iPhone to the Evo in the Evo-Start 2 app with the activation code (written behind the module), it said the following message: "Invalid Code - This code has already been used. Contact the vehicle owner to generate a new one". However, I have no contact with the previous vehicle owner as I purchased it from a car dealership (and I have been contacting the dealership for 2 weeks about this but they don't reply to me...). Is there any way to "unpair" the current user so that I can pair myself as I am the current owner of the car now? I also don't want the previous owner to be able to know where my car is parked and to unlock it if he wants to... Many thanks in advance! Pierre. PS: I have no programming experience at all or harness connecting/manipulating.

I got an activation code with an EVO-ONE that I purchased and was able to get access for my vehicle...for one day. When I try again today it is locked again. How do I get back into it?

Anyway I could get the Evo-One PDF for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek PTS.

I accidentally downloaded incorrect pdf. Downloaded pdf for Evo-ALL instead of Evo-ONE and time has expired...If they are the same then thats all I would need to know.

Bonjour, Je me suis déconnecté ce matin pour éviter que mes enfants ne mettent le véhicule en marche accidentellement et j’arrive plus à me reconnecter à mon compte sur l’application EVO START que j’ai faite installer le samedi dernier sur mon véhicule. J’ai éteint et rallumé le téléphone. J’ai créé un autre compte avec un autre courriel mais rien de marche. Qu’est-ce que je fais? Merci.

Why will it not let me reacess the information on here for my activation key?

I logged on and used my activation key a week ago and was not able to get the information I needed to print. I am now trying to reaccess the information so I can see what else is needed to you the product that I purchased. I am using a different computer than I was orginally on.
