Evo-one and rf642w not working

Have a 16 Mazda CX-5 running fine with lock-unlock-lock as well a dei smartstart system on a evo-one. Customer now want a to add on a rf642w kit.. I have added these on evo-all in the past without issue by activating in the software and programming the fob’s but this evo-one is having an issue. When I plug in the antenna the blue light turns on and off. I go through the programming on the evo-one using the valet switch, turn ign on hold valet until lights/horn, press and release valet 5x and the. Press the brake... this is where all goes wrong, no led flash, buttons don’t program... what am I missing? No longer find remote control options in the flash link manager for the evo-one.

Remote start shutdown using evo-one and thar-one-maz3

Using lock-unlock-lock to start the car which is working flawlessly however I can’t cancel the shutdown using the same process. Do have a DEI SmartStart working off the system as well and can use that to start/shutdown system. Any ideas?

installer says that Key-override-all is defective

I had a rs-160-edp+ v-2.0 installed by a local insaller and he is telling me that the key-overide-all is causing my 2009 ford escape hybrid to resart and that it is defective and I need to replace it . The vehicle wil lsart but it stops runing after about ten seconds and then restarts.

EVO-ALL flashlink updater first time question.

First Evo-all product i've installed and have a question regarding the flash link program. Flashing the unit to a 14' VW Beetle PTS - flashing unit as a standalone. My question is regarding the bottom right hand corner of the screen says bypass mode. Tried switching over to get it to remote start mode but the flashing program then says unit not discovered. Is this corect flash it as a bypass unit or am I missing something?

14' VW Beetle PTS Brake activation wire

it is a real pain getting the BCM/rear of the fuse box connector out. I have pulled the latch, however i connot put the connector out, wires in the way, really tight. Can this wire be grabbed elsewhere, such as teh brake pedal?
