'08 Altima EVO-ALL, TNIS1, Compustar CM7200S no start initiation

Axxess branded bypass AX-ALL with AX-TIS1 harness and CM7200S remote starter. Bypass programmed correctly and door locks work with aftermarket fobs. I can't get the remote start to initiate start sequence. I assume that it is a setting in the options but I think I've tried about everything. The AX-ALL lights red and yellow light up, and the RS brain clicks through all three start attempts. No brake lights, no dash lights. This is only 2nd time using Fortin. Is tech support open Saturdays?

2008 Altima BCM lock/unlock slots are populated.

I am installing an EVO-ALL with TNIS1 and Arctic Start CM800 into a 2008 Nissan Altima SE. I am using guide # 12651. The guide shows that BCM slots 15 and 37 should be empty, mine are populated with blue/red in 15 and blue/black in 37. Should I connect to these wires or am I in the wrong spot?
