Sequoia not locking after remote start

Guys - Setting up a 2015 Sequoia with Evo One/RF422/Toy7 harness with door lock data and disarm wires attached (per install sheet). Latest firmware. Everything works as expected except truck is unlocked before remote start and doesn't relock. Options set per recommendation: 2.4, 38.2 C1, D5 (lock after start) Interestingly after remote starting and doing a status check with the 442 remote, the remote reports the truck as locked but it is not so the evo-one is somehow out of sync. Saw a similar post for a tundra about just setting 6.3, which is what I was going to do. Wanted to get words of wisdom first since you cautioned me prior about possible issues when using settings that are on both the bypass side and the remote start side. So do I set 6.3 and D5? Disable D5 and set 6.3? What's the recommendation Thanks, Mike

Proper setting for Evo One Function 14 Alarm/Starter with OEM Alarm

Loaded the 4.32 FlashLink Manager and it is a HUGE HUGE improvement. Noticed a few more options on the vehicle specific set up - namely installation type and alarm. For Alarm options it provides 'No Alarm' or 'Built-in Alarm'. If you select 'No Alarm' it provides no 'thumbs up' on Function 14 options. If you choose 'Built-in' it puts a 'thumbs-up' next to Mode 2 (Alarm On/Remote Start On). For vehicles with factory (OEM) alarms - is Mode 1 (Alarm Off/Remote Start On) the correct choice (that is what I have been doing)? Or should I be using Mode 2. Not sure if the term 'built-in' refers to the Evo-One's 'built in' alarm or the Car's 'built in' alarm...

EVO One Programming - redundant settings in Bypass and Remote-start options?

When programming the evo one there are a couple of features that are configurable through both the bypass options and again in the remote-start options. Example is the 'D" confiurations (lock/unlock around start) in the bypass options and function 6 in the remote start options. My vehicle specific Fortin instructions say to set option D5 in the bypass options (lock after start), but don't mention anything about the function 6 config in the remote start. Do I need to change function 6 to mode 3 (lock after start) so it matches? What happens when they conflict? Similarly with the "C" options in bypass and function 38 in remote start. For these options that appear in both configs - the vehicle specific instructions mention the bypass options and no mention of the remote start options. Do you leave the remote start options at default even though they conflict with the bypass options?

Proper setting for Evo One Function 14 for OEM Alarm System

I have an OEM alarm and I want the Evo to arm the alarm on lock (function 9, Mode 1) - do I need to change function 14 from the default Mode 1 'Alarm Off Remote-starter On' to Mode 2 'Alarm On Remote-starter On' ? Said differently - is function 14 used to control the OEM alarm or is that for when the evo one is the 'alarm controller' and has no effect on the OEM alarm.
