A19 Lock/Unlock signal output delay

Hi Installed a keyless entry + push start system with EVO-ALL as immobilizer bypass in my 2014 Ford Focus. The Lock/Unlock (-) outputs from the keyless entry module are connected to A2(Lock)/A3(Unlock) inputs of EVO-ALL respectively. Further, A19 (Lock/Unlock signal) of EVO-ALL is connected to central lock switch of the vehicle. The problem is, when I approach the vehicle with a Smart Key and as soon as the key is in range/detected, I hear the fuel pump priming sound and then after 3-4 seconds, the vehicle is unlocked. However, if I connect the lock/unlock ouputs from keyless entry directly to the vehicle's central lock switch, the fuel pump priming and vehicle unlock happen at the same time with no delay. What could be causing delay in unlocking the vehicle? Thank you!

GWR signal putting vehicle into IGN state

Hi Vehicle is a 2014 Ford Focus manual trans. Installing AdvancedKeys (AK) Smart Keyless Entry + Push Start System along with EVO-ALL. While switching the vehicle into ACC state with the push button, the AK push start module provides GWR signal to GWR (dark blue wire) of EVO-ALL. This is enabling EVO-ALL as immobilizer bypass (RED led turns ON) and EVO-ALL is actually putting the vehicle into IGN state instead of user-intended ACC state. This is creating a conflict. Can EVO-ALL be setup in a way to workaround this behavior? Thank you!

EVO-ALL programming 2014 Ford Focus Euro spec

I am trying to use EVO-ALL with T-Harness as Immobilizer bypass in a 2014 Ford Focus European version with regular key. I followed the  install guide rev.20150427 for programming the module.

In step 8, the ignition turns ON after holding the programming button for a couple of seconds as indicated in the guide but RED and BLUE stay solid, do not flash as expected. On the instrument cluster screen, there is a warning message "Immobilizer Active, Check Handbook". Considering the leds staying solid and the warning message, it is clear that the EVO-ALL failed to program Key-bypass and CAN. I tried to program the CAN separately by release on BLUE, Key1 to IGNITION -->BLUE led goes off and comes flashing indicating successful programming of CAN. Finally, Key1 to OFF ---> No leds. I can also confirm CAN programmed properly by triggering Lock/Unlock from Keyless Entry Module to A2/A3 of EVO-ALL and further from A19 to Vehicle.

Connections: 2 CAN wires connected. Yellow/Black (KeySense) wire from T-harness connected to A1 and A16 (both Keysense). Also, Lt. Blue/Black (RX - pin4 of Immobilizer) and Lt. Blue (TX) from T-harness connected to A10 (RX) and A20 (TX) respectively

For Key-bypass, do I have to go the DCRYPTOR way of programming using the Flashlink Updater? I ask this because I think the Keys in Euro spec vehicle are highly encrypted resulting in failed programming of the module. Will DCRYPTOR solve this issue? Moreover, I came across the Russian site of Fortin and the install guide has ONLY DCRYPTOR method, link to the guide is here. Although it's in Russian, I hope you can get a sense of the content from the pictures

+12V from BCM fuse box or ignition switch?

EVO-ALL installation guide for 2014 Ford Focus indicates a +12V connection to remote starter from fuse box@BCM. Can +12V from ignition switch be used instead or is there a reason for taking it from the BCM fuse box?

Driver Door Pin to A17, A18 required for 2014 Ford Focus manual trans?

I am installing a remote starter in 2014 Ford Focus manual transmission. Do I need to connect the driver door pin wires to A17 and A18 of EVO-ALL in order to turn off the radio after the remote starter shuts down?

Ignition output of remote starter connected to KeySense!

In the EVO-ALL THAR-FOR1 rev20150427 guide for Ford Focus 2012-2015 , the Ignition(+) output from remote starter is connected to A1, A16 and Yellow/Black wire of T-Harness, all KeySense(+). Shouldn't the Ignition output be connected to Ignition input of Ignition Switch or to the Ignition wire(s) of the T-Harness D-connector D3/D5?

Unlock/Lock hardwired to EVO-ALL in 2014 Ford Focus?

I am installating a keyless entry and push-start system along with EVO-ALL.The EVO-ALL instllation guide for 2014 Ford Focus indicates a hardwiring of Unlock/Lock signal wire from the unlock/lock button to A19 pin. Is this required or the unlock/lock is handled via CAN? The setup might look like this; Keyless Sys EVO-ALL Vehicle Lock (-) -------> A2 Lock (-) -----> via CAN or Unlock/Lock hardwired to EVO-ALL A19 Unlock (-) ----> A3 Unlock (-) ---> via CAN or Unlock/Lock hardwired to EVO-ALL A19 Thank you!
