Cranking but not starting

Good day. Ive just install Evo-One on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Key Start and followed every wiring to be installed and programmed. Now when i remote start, all it did is cranking then it will stop. Can you help me with my problem. Thank you. Update: Ive double check all the wirings again, everything is in its place. Try remote start, still cranking only. Now i also check the leds on evo-one no blue lights when lock-unlocked on oem remote. I think everything is mess up right now. Help pls. Thanks.

What Key Data wire to connect.

Good day, Im using the guide no. 58411 for Hyundai Santa Fe 2013 key start. Can you help me with the wire D6-White/Red? Wire D4-White/Green will be connect at the same time with A10-Lt.Blue/Black to Key Data-Blue wire. Im just confuse with the "cut" symbol? Really appreciate the help. Thank you. Regards, Arlo

What Function to use?

Trying to figure what Function to use for EVO-ONE 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Key Start w/ Thar-One-KHY2 harness. What function, "2.1,2.2,2.3,2.4" or "1-6" using valet sw. Thank you.
