Remote start keeps deprogramming from Evo one

Evo one with Evo start keeps deprogramming the remote start, I program the Evo one the be use as alarm and remote start the system works for a couple times then out of nowhere the system changes and only works as alarm, some how the remote start gets deactivated, I removed the Evo one and connected to the flash link in the computer the system shows that Evo one is working as alarm only, so I flashed the Evo one again to work as alarm and remote start then connect back to the car the remote start works for a couple times using the app then the Evo one goes back to work as alarm only, I tried many times flashing the Evo one again to work as alarm and remote but after a couple times working properly the system goes back to alarm only

2013 Prius safety hood pin not working properly

Hood safety pin installed and checked and mechanically it works the way it supposed to, but in the Evo start app shows as light red doesn't matter if the car is locked or unlocked armed is disarmed the color of the hood in the app doesn't change, when I open the hood the app show the front passenger side as open, (in fact when I open any door the app only shows the front passenger side as open) due to this the car doesn't remote start, can locked and unlocked, armed and disarmed the car with no problems

Evo-one & Evo-start LTE

Hello can you please kindly help me. I have Evo-one & Evo-Start LTE installed on 2022 Toyota corolla push start last summer everything worked perfect with auto door lock & relock when i walk away, 3 days ago i try to set bluetooth PKE setting signal sensitivity on Evo-start LTE now door lock work away doesn't work any more, also look at option 9 in remote start for active or passive arming and try but no luck. do i need to do master reset and start over again ? How to bind the device in Evo Start LTE app?

Hi, I have installed Evo-One with Evo Start LTE (EU version). In the Evo start LTE blue led id solid, red is blinking (SIM card inside, activated). In the EvoStart application I'm trying to bind the device using Device ID from qrcode, Device passcode = 888888, Vehicle name = Sienna. The result is always "Repeat request". Is hardware status proper one? What I'm doing wrong?

Placement of the EVO Start LTE

I'm thinking of adding a EVO Start LTE but i'm wondering of the placement, the manual seems to state that it should be under the dash with a clear "sky view". At the moment, my Evo all is tucked behind the ventilation on the left of the streering wheel. Would that place be acceptable or i'll need to "remove" the whole top of the dash to add it? In the same line of thought, I cannot seems to find the device size is it somewhere on the web?
