EVO-START not sending confirmation back once started

Just fisnished installing an EVO-START connected to a previously installed EVO-ONE on a 2013 Kia Soul (regular Key). The car also has an RFKIT (RF642W) installed. The RF642 works as epected and confirms start. The EVO-START sends the start signal but never receives a confirmation although the vehicle starts correctly. Was hoping you had some guidance.

car will not remote start

I have an 2015 kia sorento. installed evo one. have crimestopper rf kit. programs correctly. can lock and unlock. When i push the start button the locks lock, the red light on the top of the unit goes on, the parking lights flash 4 times, then the blue light flashes 2 times but the car does not start.
