Is it possible to use on a daily basis only the RFK without the original key to drive?

I have a 2016 Chrysler 200, Is it possible to use on a daily basis only the RFK without the original Chrysler key to drive? i have a RFK442.

Using with Crimestopper RFALL642W

I've got a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan. I see maximum firmware is according to the install guide is 4.06. However, I am not seeing the option to turn on RF kit use as I want to use this as a stand alone unit with the RF kit for the 2 way functionality and the extended range.
