How do I hardwire the brake for EVO-ONE in a 2010 Hyundai Accent (Guide #60801)?

Have additional questions regarding answer (by Derek) to original question; both posted below for clarity...   1.  Had already tried reversing the can bus wires (no effect) and the option 20.2 in the remote starter was already set by default.  What would 20.n be if it was not 20.2?   2.  Do all default settings assume I have PATS data wires?   3.  How do I hardwire the brake?  The only place brake is mentoned in the #60801 guide is in "Vehicle functions supported in this diagram..." at the top of page 1.   4.  I also purchased the two way RF system (haven't tried to hook up yet obviously).  Will hardwiring the brake and/or setting option 20.2 affect the function of that system, particularly the feedback that tells you the car is running?   5.  Answer below said: "By doing this you will skip the need to even program it on the blue light."  Does this mean no programming at all is required?  Should just start?  Key is bypassed?   6.  If the above doesn't work, is it time to send everything back?   BTW, I don't care about alarm.  Just want remote start.   Thanks, Mike   ----------------------   ANSWER TO ORIGINAL QUESTION   That is a typo in the troubleshooting guide. As the website states it is indeed a KHY1. I have corrected it.   You can try flipping the can bus wires see if that works. If it refuses to program I suggest the following.   Since you only get tach and frootbrake from the can bus, as long as your car is automatic transmission:   -Set option 20.2 in the remote starter   -Hardwire the brake.   By doing this you will skip the need to even program it on the blue light.   ----------------------   ORIGINAL QUESTION   Having trouble programming a EVO-ONE for my 2010 Hundai Accent.  It has the thar-one-khy1 T-harness.  Before programming I loaded the latest firm ware; 76.[54] for bypass and 1.[24] for remote starter.  I loaded the suggested options for both and made sure the remote starter setting from the install guide (2.2 and 32.5) were correct.  The car does not have the PATS data wires (no imobilizer).  I used guide #60801 to install and programming method 2.  The blue light does not flash in step 4.  Just goes out and will come back on when the key is returned to off.   I used the troubleshooting guide associated with the #60801 installation guide on the flash link manager (says it is for thar-one-khy2 T-harness).  The wiring is correct and have verified continuity.  Voltages on the CAN wires are roughly 2.35 and 2.65.   Crutchfield sent me a second one when the first wouldn't work in case thre was something wrong with the unit.  Got the same results with both.  Oh, and I did cut the yellow loop for the automatic transmission.  Are there any bypass/remote starter options that I might change - or anyhing else for that matter - that might get this thing working or is it just not going to work on my car?

Evo One works once after programming then fails

I saw a similar post to this but I am not using the four pin black connector that the answer referenced. My issue is once I programmed the evo one the car remote started and I was able to terminate the remote starter by pressing the brake. Then I remote started it again and put the key in and turned it to on and everything was good until I tried to remote start it again. When I tried to remote start it again the blue light blinked for each lock press of the key fob then I saw a red led flash 3 times. I can reproduce this exact issue if I repgraom the module. Here are the steps: 1) Hold down programming button and plug in six pin connector 2) Keep holding down until blue led is solid 3) Let go of programming button and turn key to on position 4) Wait until blue led starts flashing rapidly 5) Turn key off and yellow LED lights up 6) Press lock button 3x 7) Car remote starts successfully! 8) Put key in ignition and turn to on position 9) press brake pedal and car stays running 10) shut off car 11) try 3x lock procedure and car will not remote start Any ideas on what the issue could be? I checked the connections but I don't know how likely it could be a connection since re-programming the device works every time for the first remote start.
