EVO-ALL with RF Kit-No heated seats in 2015 Chevy Traverse

EVO-ALL with RFK942, stand-alone install. Heated seats do not turn on when remote started with RF kit or 3x lock, they do work with factory remote start. All tested well below temp. Install manual #59201 lists heated seats as an option. Option is turned on in programming. Are other options or wiring needed to get the heated seats to work?

3 lock start on a 2010 chevy traverse

web site says stand alone , but then when you look under 3x start it is not check marked , just wanting to make sure this works as a stand alone pc .
