Still trying to figure out WTF

It's been over a week and now, new problems. 1st the unit cannt be flashed anymore. Second the decryptor is not able to make a key, third, when doing the programing in the car itself, after the red and blue flash for 7 times and i put the first key in and turn to run, the red and yellow lights just alternate for the rest of the steps. nothing changes. The key code comes up on the dash but apparently this box wont program anymore. Only had it about 6 months. Does anyone have a solution or am I throwing this in the trash?

Is decryptor still down?

Is decryptor still down? As of 05-12-2018 8h tried this morning and still does not work? Do you have a time delay of when it will be up and running so i can have my clients cone back?

decryptor not working

Cannot get decryptor to work. Just sits on "processing update" I waited about 30 mins each time but nothing happened. Tried an EVO-KEY first, then moved to an EVO-ALL. Verified connections, updated to latest firmware, programs as per instructions, Tried different levels of firmware, different cords, different flashlink updater, even different computer, with no success. Ended up using an IDATA ADS ALCA with KLON. worked first try.
