decryptor not working

Cannot get decryptor to work. Just sits on "processing update" I waited about 30 mins each time but nothing happened. Tried an EVO-KEY first, then moved to an EVO-ALL. Verified connections, updated to latest firmware, programs as per instructions, Tried different levels of firmware, different cords, different flashlink updater, even different computer, with no success. Ended up using an IDATA ADS ALCA with KLON. worked first try.
