2020 Buick encore installation clarification

I have Purchased a Evo-GMT6 with THAR-GM6 harness for a 2020 Buick Encore push start and im looking for clarification. 1.On page 4(wiring diagram) of guide #77331, shows to make a connection between the light blue wire and light blue/black wire. Do these need to be spliced together? What is the reason for this? 2. Also, wondering what start/stop external control means? 3. Are the good hood pins/ valet switch required for the function of the module? Thanks, Brad

'18 Malibu Flashing Headlights & DRLs

Hello, I have an '18 Malibu smart key and I have installed the EVO-ALL module and programmed. While the car is starting via the module, it seems it is glitchy. The dash turns on and off, displaying different messages, and the headlights and daytime running lights will turn on and off as well. This ends with the headlights off, DRLs on, and brake lights on. My question is if this is normal? And if so, I would suggest an update to the module. One time I remote started the car and after a second, the dash displayed No Remote Detected, then everything turned off and then the car started after a few more seconds. I noticed the harness has a couple loose wires and a couple other connectors attached. Do these need to be connected to anything?

How to get past step 6 thar gm6?

I try to program the thar gm6 on an opel astra k 2016 push to start and can't get past step 6. I did the connection, flashed the device to the latest version and set A11 to off, for no hood pin. When I reach step 6 after starting the engine yellow light stays on.

Diagram for THAR-GM6 or EVOALL

Hey guys im having a problem with my install. I believe I have it narrowed down to the brake wire. Could I get the wiring diagram for either a THAR-GM6 (Rev.2) or a EVOALL. Im almost certain that the brake wire out of the EVOALL does not have a good connection in the t-harness Thanks...
