Car starts and stays running on remote start, dies after 2 seconds starting with the key

2011 Subaru Impreza STI Cars starts fine with remote starter. Can also insert key after start, turn key to run and press brake. Vehicle stays running. Vehicle cranks with the key and starts running but dies after running for about 2 seconds. Won't attempt crank after it dies. Until key is cycled to off. I verified that the plug-side Immobilizer wires White/Blue and Black/Red are connected to Yellow/Red from the D connector. And that the vehicle-side wires are connected together with Blue/black from A and yellow/green from D. Everything else seems to work. (power door locks) I just discovered that when I use "Lock" on the remote, before attempting to start with the key, the vehicle stays running...

Evo all Prostart 3271

08 Impreza manual trans. Wired up the evo all and pro start together,w2w connections made and double checked. The evo all is programmed for dycryptor with key successfully programmed. Flashed the suggested settings, the pro start remote programmed as well as the pro start. I can control locks etc, and it confirms ready mode on the r/s when set. If I remote start right away after shutdown, it will start fine as it should. If I set ready mode and shut down with r/s confirmation, after a min. Or so in ready mode, it will flash park lights 3 times when trying to r/s it will flash the park lights once and not try to start.

EVO-ALL won't communicate with Compuatar CM7200

I have a 2013 Impreza. Using a Compustar CM7200 as the remote starter but the EVO-ALL won't communicate through datalink. I tired switching the F2 option on and also tried switching the Compustar to the Fortin option, still no luck. I assume its 2 way datalink connection so I don't have anything hardwired to each other

Using THAR-ONE-SUB1 with Evo-all and aftermarket RS

Hi, Great support forum! I've learned a lot. I'm in the process of installing an "Advanced Keys" remote starter with the aftermarket push button using the Thar-one-sub1 and Evo-all. I have 2 quick questions I hope you can help with. 1) When programming the evo-all, Should I still choose "standard key", "standard connection", and "standard installation"? 2) My plan is to just cut off the evo-one connection and wire directly to the aftermarket unit. I see the 2 starters are spliced and dioded. I assume i should be fine still connecting to the 1 +starter wire from the aftermarket to the thicker yellow on the T harness? Thanks in advance, Jeff

2017 Subaru WRX STI EVO-ALL Transponder Bypass

We have had some issues finding the Immobiliser Data wire in a 2017 PTS Subaru WRX STI, the install guide tells us it is plug B pin 25 behind the glove box in the ECU, The ECU in this car does not have a wire in that location!, after many emails and many phone calls i was finally able to get a pinout diagram for the exact ECU in that car and it would seem the Immobilser data wire is in a different plug and different location (Still in the ECU behind the glovebox though) if we cut it the car starts for 2 seconds then dies also the key lock light on the dash illuminates, but when we wire it up to the EVO-ALL it won't read the data, we just get steady Red Blue Lights instead of the 10 red and 10 blue flashes, we can use the EVO-ALL for convienence features but not Immobiliser bypass, does anyone have any ideas or have seen this on any other subaru's using different software all help would be appreciated. Plug B "Pin 25" is the one shown in all the install guides which isn't populated in our ECU and Plug C "Pin 26" is the one shown in the Pinout diagram from Subaru. Hopefully everyone can follow my Question/Diagram!!!!

Which remote starter can be used with evo all

I bought Evo All for 2010 model Subaru Outback, which remote starter should I get to run? Is Start Alone just a good choice for me?I tried repeatedly to reset the module. How do ı know that I'm successful? When I think that I reset the module, in the dycriptor section, I see that: Dcriptor has been reached the limit for this car... What should I do? Could you help me for reseting?

Outback 2015 remote start with EVO-ALL

Hi, I want to add a remote start to my manual, Outback 2015, standart key. When I look at the option offered, EVO-ALL seem to work, but when I look at the feature list, it's sayd "Remote Start" N/A. I'm not sure to understand, will I be able to remote start the car? Does the EVO-ALL come with it's own remote? Regards, Jerome

Remote start refuses to start after 3 attempts, no accessory or ignition. Evo All 2008 Subaru Impreza manual.

I installed and programmed this module correctly with an encore remote starter almost a year ago and it was working fine. Recently, my car would not remote start after 3 attempts were made and refused by the remote starter. The clutch is correctly bypassed, I've triple checked the wiring and made sure I have good grounds. I did notice that the positive input coming from the remote start to the Evo all is at 10.5v while the positives to the remote starter are all 12.5+ The yellow LED comes on with ignition and there is NO red LED. I tried a different source for the 12V+ that was a known good constant with no good results. The RS still refuses to start after 3 attempts with the key in either acc or run positions. During the attempts, the dash faintly lights on and off each time. Accessory does not come on with any of the attempts. I've exhausted all other resources that I have available to me, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Edit: I forgot to mention that after unplugging and plugging back in the module that my Check Engine light has come on, related to Camshaft Position Sensor.

Remote start only works with key in.

2010 Subaru Forester. Evo-All and Python 4105 remote start.

The car will not remote start without the key in the ignition. It will go through the process, but the starter never engages. I've checked that the IMO Data wires are properly connected before and after the cut. Checked voltage on all CAN connections.

Evo programmed correctly. Units connected via datalink cable, option F3 programed for Evo. Firmware checked and updated to 79.49 for evo-all. Remote start key fob operates locks correctly. 2nd starter wire connected to python using relay as shown in evo-one guide 57441.

Relay needed for 2nd starter wire Subaru Forrester '10

I've got a Python 4105 remote start with a Evo All. The wiring connection diagram has Starter1 out and Starter2 out, both positive, going into the python. Problem is there is only one wire for Starter out in the python. How do I do the second starter wire? I've seen some on the 'net say you need to wire it with the fist with a relay, but it has not been on Subarus. If that is the case, what type of relay and how do I wire it with the starter wires?

Also, the python had two fused wires for 12 volt input, but there is only one wire on the car's ignition harness for 12v. Do I wire all three together, or just not use one of the inputs on the python?
