ceicpher was completed amd passed reinstalled evo and prceeded to finsh set up step 4 test the system perform lock Unlock lock did not see the blue light com on alternates yellow /red lights what am I doing warong some help needed

EVO-ONE and THAR-CHR6 on chrysler 300 2014

i'm about to install the EVO-ONE and THAR-CHR6 on chrysler 300 2014 , my question is if i connect the RED and BLACK wire of the 6 pin harness from the EVO-ONE to a high power 12v source and ground for Security & Alarm functions, do i still need to connect the 4 pin power harness of the T-harness THAR-CHR6 to the EVO-ONE?
