2002 Avalon EVO-All

I have a 2002 Avalon that I have an EVO One installed. It has the THAR 1 harness and is hooked to the brake light. I have the RK kit installed. The vehicel will try to start remotely but wll not fire. It attempts to start two times but only cranks will not fire.

2002 Avalon KeySens wiring

I have a EVO ONE installed and I cannot locate the red/whire A19 wire. Is it just a ground? I have located all of the other ignition barrell wires. All that is left on that connector is a black/white and a white/black wire.
