2015 Tundra Evo One alarm/horn goes off every few starts. Not everytime. D2 is enabled

Also not able to unlock with OEM fob during remote start session. Blue led will flash twice when unlock is pressed but nothing happens.

Why will my doors not unlock with OEM fob after remote started 2015 Toyota Tundra SR5?

2015 Toyota Tundra SR5 all conections soldered, all other features seen to work correctly. factory key fob 3x press to start When i press unlock during a remote start session ths doors do not unlock, only the pakring lights flash.
