Installed the THAR-GM1v2. Why wont my 2014 chevy cruze start with remote

Service#001A06 294619. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze. I bought the EVO-All with the Harness. Installed as Stand Alone. think programming went well. Car will not start. I only wired up the brown wire to OBD connector. Am I missing something?
