OEM key fob does not work after car is remote started

Installed EVO-One and 642W long range remotes. Programmed  using 1 OEM key and Decryptor. The remote start works with the long range remotes, but when remote started the OEM key fob does not work. I must use the key to manually unlock the door after car is remote started. When I use the OEM remote the blue led on the EVO-One does not blink. 3X Lock on OEM remote will not start the car. The long range remotes are not able to lock or unlock the doors.   Also sometimes when remote starting the car the starter stays engaged after the car starts and the starter will continue to grind until I press the brake and disengage the remote starter.

Unable to program using 2 key programming procedure

Installing a EVO ONE to a 2001 Ford Focus Using 2 Key programming procedure, I Press and hold the programming button: Insert the 6-Pin Main connector. Release the programming button when the LED is RED. But the RED and YELLOW Leds both stay on. EVO ONE was previously programmed for a different vehicle but it was reprogrammed for 2001 Ford Focus and seemed to program OK. As soon as 6-Pin Main connector is inserted the EVO ONE applies power to the pink Ignition wire.
