EVO start 2 communication feedback

installed an EVO ALL standaone with a EVO start 2 on a 2019 VW passat, all fuctions work from the smart phone, except it never receives any feedback to the phone that it's running. AS well no other feedback on the phone dashboard. Temp/ Battery voltage/ duration runtime left....

2017 Sante fe evo all take control

Just finished an evo one install on a 2017 sante fe limited. everything works great, except sometimes take control when the push to start button is pushed once it only puts the vehicle in ACC mode and the car will shut down if the brake is pushed after. However if button is pushed twice ( while pressing the brake on the second time) half the time shuts the evo one off and you are able to drive away. problem being this only works less then half the time. Has anyone else come across this? thanks.
