08 Acura RDX and EVO-ONE+ Thar-HON1

I installed the EVO-ONE in my 2008 Acura RDX with the T-Harness. I programmed the options for the EVO-ONE for the 3x lock to remote start. When I hit Lock 3x on my factory transmitter nothing happens. I was able to program the EVO-ONE and it took with no problems but nothing happens when I hit Lock 3x on the factory transmitter. What could be the problem? Thank you everyone Greg
