Unable to update Firmware

When trying to update the EVO-ONE Software, several messages appear at the top right of the screen    -- Please update your FLASH-LINK UPDATER firmware -- Please disconnect the EVO-ONE from the FLASH-LINK UPDATER before proceeding with the FLASH-LINK        UPDATER firmware update. -- Please select a Firmware Version   And the screen does not change status and does not update the firmware   Video  https://youtu.be/mrMiCEb32OY

Can flash option rf-kit on evo-one

Hello i have a 2014 rio and want to add a rf kit evo-start, but when i plug my evo-one on the flashlink i dont have option h1-h6, i stop at D6 . date on module is 10-2016. what is the problem? i had a first gen of evo-one wich i belive is not compatible because the option did not show up.. but now even with the new model the option ''H'' does not show either so im wondering what could it be. thanks
