Flashlink Manager not detecting EVO-ONE

When I connect my EVO-ONE to my flashlink it stays stuck at 10% Currently Fetching Options. It refuses to connect. I am able to get connected in PRO mode. Bypass works fine in PRO Mode, but the remote starter tab crashes the connection. Is my device defective or is there a fix for this? I am using the latest version of Flashlink as well as the latest firmware on my evo one. Thank you

Is there a page/note outlining that older firmware is required for succesful connection?

I've noticed many older vehicles actually require older versions flashed on the EVO.
