My module(EVO-0NE) is locked and can not be flashed too could you please reset it service no.002B01 005798. THANKS

I was trying to program new remote but couldn't program from the professionals. They said it is locked. Then tried to flash with flash link4 but it can not be flashed anymore.

flash limit reset EVO-ALL

my unit is showing that i need to update the firmware, but it states that i have reached my flash limit. Not sure how to get this done. plaese advise.
