Firmware update stuck at "Firmware Update is about to start"

I am having trouble updating the firmware on the FlaskLink Updater 4. I followed the instructions to download the Flashlink Manager on my Windows PC (Windows 10). When I pluged in the FlashLink Updater 4 it brought up a page that said to update firmware. It then instructed me to unplug and then replug in the device to begin the update process. I did this and now its been stuck on "Firmware Update is about to start" for the past hour. Please help!!!

Dcryptor error writing to Evo Key

Vehicle - Renault Megane III 2013 - Key-Card

Service # - 002E02018947
Firmare - 1.07
Hello. During the dcryptor procedure, The Key could not be written into EVO KEY. An error message is displayed - ‘check your USB cable’. The cable works, it has been tested, the same I tried on another PC and it does not help.

limite de flash atteinte

Je passe mon evo all de mon audi a5 a mon nouveau audi q5. Le module de programmation me dit limite de flash atteinte. Qu est ce que cela veux dire. est-ce qu'on peut le debloquer Merci Luc Ostiguy

Flash link updater stuck at 1%. Will not connect.

Went to update the flash link to the newest firmware version. Update never moved past 1% after an hour and now the flash link says there was an error when doing last update and so it forces you to try again but it never gets past 1%. So now it will not connect to the evo-one to change settings.

Help I get this message. DCryptor's limit has been reached for this car.

I had troube getting my keys to program the in the Evo-all. Finally figured out the problem and now it says "DCryptor's limit has been reached for this car" and I can't program my Evo-all. I have the tb-vw, thar-vw1, Evo-start and Evo-all

Can I return my flash link 1 to you directly for exchange for the 2 I got the 1 from fortin directly. Thx

I buy my fortin products from car quest which buys from keystone. They are not on the list for exchange of flash link. I did get my flash link sent to me from Cladio at fortin directly. Can I return directly to you for exchange of the 2. Thx Jay

Return/Exchange of FLU-100

We recently spoke with customer support about our FLU-100. They stated we could receive a new Flash unit in replacement of the FLU-100. What address should I send this old one to? And how long can we expect for the new unit to arrive?
