EVO ALL GUIDE #105331 - Confusing Language

Installing stand-alone on a 2020 Nissan Frontier PTS. The Frontier has a factory hood switch for alarm functions. The config / options section of the guide states to set A11 to OFF if no hood pin. Does this imply to set A11 to ON in this circumstance? And I assume the blue hood pin wire is moot in this situation, or does it require grounding as the full diagram illustrates? A little confused on the intent.

horn confirmation won't work

Have an EVO-ONE set up on a Nissan Frontier with a revo 1.1 rf kit. Starter revision was set to 1.16 to get the remote to work. A1 setting is also off to eliminate double lock issue when remote start engaged. I can not get the horn confirmation to work. I tried changing option 11 to mode 2 but it didn't make a difference. I checked the horn wire with a ground wire and it honks, so it's not the horn wiring. Sections of the remote options chart in the flash update are highlighted yellow, but no legend explains what that means, any idea on what that means too?

double lock on remote start

Installed an EVO-ONE and REVO 1.1 on a 2015 Frontier. Had to lower the remote stater revision to 1.16 to get the revo unit programmed. I set function 6 (door locks) to mode 3 lock after remote start because doors were staying unlocked when it started. When I use the remote start I get an initial lock pulse and then a second one shortly after. I can not seem to stop the second lock pulse. I noticed today that there is a new t-harness guide for the frontier and it now shows tying the orange disarm wire in with the purple/white unlock wire. That wasn't on the previous guide.

lock/unlock wires in frontier door panel

What is the difference between the door lock lock/arm and unlock unlock/disarm wires. I found the lock and unlock wires in my 2105 Frontier, but can locate the lock/arm, unlock/disarm wires. Can I just use those the ones I found for the EVO-One connection. The lock was purple and the unlock was light green, as it's show in the wirecolor printout.

lock/unlock and door pin wiring issues

went to install an Evo-on in a 2015 Nissan Frontier. Can't locate correct lt blue and gray door lock wires in the kick panel. None go to 0 when the locks are triggered. Try the actual door switch and they do go to 0. Also the wiring says the door pin wire should be green/red, I can't find that at all. I removed the door pin an it has 3 wires, red white and black. Any help on this?

ignition wiring for 2015 nissan frontier

The wiring diagram shows the yellow ignition wiring being spliced into the pink high output wire. Does the yellow wire need an inline fuse? If so what size.
