T harness of ignition has black wire for ground and another white wire. Where to connect the white wire? There is no instructions in the guide

Fortin Start 2 is not working with Fortin Evo One

Toyota CHR 2019 key start. The phone app say the car is started but it is not. When i use oem remote to start by pressing 3 times the lock button the car starts but then i unable to unlock with the oem remote. I have to manually use the key to open the car
