Vehicle accessories do not turn on when remote started (Heater)

I have just installed a Evo One in a 2012 Toyota Sienna (G key) with RF remotes. The vehicle starts up with no problems the only issue that I am having is the cars heater doesn't turn on? The heater will only go on once I put the key in the ignition. Also I have noticed if I entered the vehicle once it had been remote started and I push the Brake pedal before I put the key in the ignition it does not kill the engine, nor will the engine shut down if I open up the hood?

Why won't my starter crank over on a 2012 Kia Sorento?

I have programming the unit and it will not crank. I have reset the valet button and it still won't start? The Valet LED will flash red rapidly then down to a slow pulse flash.
