EVO-ALL + FT-D100 w/ 2 WAY COMPUSTAR- Lock doesn't work

I succesfully paired the Compustar G9 2-Way antenna via the FT-D100 RF decoder but locking does not function on the Compustar remote. I get a success chirp / green flash on the fob and I can see the EVO-ALL recieving the command but it never actually locks. Unlock & Remote start work perfectly. I have tried swapping the blue/white on the data link back to see if it is a communication error as well. Is there something I need to enable on the EVO-ALL aside from the FT-D100 RF option? Another weird note. I couldn't get 2 way notification to work until I unplugged the canbus and plugged it back in after programming. Prior to that the Compustar remote was only working as a 1 way.

2-way Crimestopper kits or Fortin RFALL642W with the EVO-ALL?

I am trying to find a 2-way kit that will work with out much hassle. My EVO-ALL is already flashed for Crimestopper RF but I am unsure if the 2-way kits work. The REVO kits are all 1-way it seems. I also came across several Ebay listings for the Fortin RFALL642W which I am curious if that works out of the box or not. Trying my best to avoid buying a $50 flashing cable that I will use once. Any ideas?
