Programming failure 2015 Ford Fusion standard Key w/ standalone + THAR-FOR2

Following instruction 59421 to install a stand-alone system with THAR-FOR2, I get to step 9 in the key bypass programming section. The vehicle's ignition turns on, but the blue light never flashes rapidly. I've confirmed that the firmware is 71.46, and the 3 wires (Light Blue, Light Blue/Black, and Yellow) that come from the T-harness are properly crimped to the wires going to pins A20, A10, and A1. (crimped, and applied adhesive lined heat-shrink) The CAN connections were connected to the wires at the pins as depicted on page 4 of the instructions - I noticed an error in the instructions, pin 20 on the diagnostic connector had a solid blue wire, rather than White/Blue. This wire was going to pin 20, and was twisted with the white wire on pin 19. To confirm proper connections, with the connector unplugged from the Evo All, I measured resistance between C1 & C2 to be 62ohms, and between C3 & C4 to be 61ohms - consistant with a standard CAN network. I've tried switching C1 with C2, I've also tried switching C3 with C4 - no improvement. Any help to get past step 9 will be appreciated.

2008 Silverado WT not remote starting with EVO-GMT & RF Kit

I Installed a Fortin EVO-GMT in my 2008 Chevrolt Silverado WT. The lock/unlock function works, but attempting to start results in the dash lights and accessories turning on for several seconds, turning off momentarily, turning back on for several seconds, then the red light flashing 3 times before failing to start. (The starter does not crank). I know this unit is capable of starting the truck - I initially misprogrammed the RF (FTX-64-2W) as H1 rather than H2 - which caused the unlock to not work, and a strange combination of buttons on the remote would start the truck. After reprogramming it to H2, the symptoms above became aparent. *Kit is being used as stand-alone, truck does not have factory remote. Any help is appreciated.
