No delay for glow plugs on 13 ram 3500 standalone

Original firmware was 74.22 it was warm last winter so customer didn't notice a delay. This winter -30 but plugged in, it has a hard time starting and is not waiting on glow plugs at all. Upgraded to 74.27, no change. Checked settings after reading all the q&a on here. Swapped out evoall to a new one with 74.27 and still the same result. Any suggestions?

2014 kia optima pts display on dash dead when remote starting

every time you remote start the car and get in and the car takes over the radio display is dead, anyone run into this? I used an evo all with latest stable firmware and an autostart as1780, I have tried the top 4 firmwares and tried hard wire and d2d and nothing changes. also some times if you shut the car off from remote start and push start it the radio display is still blank. if you let the car sit for a bit and start it with the dash button it works fine any ideas?
