Why won't Flashlink manager let me flash after selecting the features of my car?

After getting my evo-one reseted, I continued to reinstall remote start, however after clicking my vehicle preferences on flashlink manager it does not allow me to flash, its like it loads a little bit and then crashes and continues to guide me back onto the same screen. Any advice?
