How to add a blue flashing light for when system is armed?

I want to add a flashing blue light to warn off vehicle burglar. I tried you white wire on evo all, but it's a staying a ground with car running or off.

how to Add RF kit to EVO-All are already activated or need to re-flash and

I have EVO-ALL working in my Dodge caravan 2016. Now i bought Fortin RF kit RF-641W do i need to reflash my module to add RF kit or its already activated?
