i cant view any information for my 2015 Chevy Cruze. it displays that the activation key has been used and it has only been 2 hours from first enetring the activation key. lost network connection would be the reason. can you help?

I logged in about a week ago, now it will not let me in, said my code already used 45wm-qr8y-ay3g-2n4h

I logged in ,seen I had to get relay and diedo, orderd them then tried to log back on to get wiring ect. will not let me in, said activation code used if I can not use this I will send your product back and give you a 00000
