Activation Key - New One

I used my Activation Key and didn't realize I only had 48 hours to use it. Can my activation Key be reset? If not do i have to pay for a new one? I need this information to install your product in my vehicle.

Wire color sight problem

I went on the wire color sight and the free pass didn't work and I even tried to pay the 5 dollar for it and it rejected it I know that I have more then 5 dollars in my account
